Baby Turtle

"I have a baby yellow bellied slider. When I got him the previous owners said he ate minnows. I quickly discovered this was not true and that he hadn't been eating the entire time they had him. So I went to Petco to find him food. I love this food because the pellets are small enough for him to eat. Most of the foods were made for adult turtles and the pellets were bigger than my little guy's head. This food is small enough for even the littlest turtles."

"My 2 aquatic turtles (Rocky and Mr.T) will pretty much eat anything but they definitely show preferences. This is not one of them. Based on the other reviews I tried this product and they did not seem the least bit interested. Since I didn't want to throw it away, I made up a mixture of Reptimin turtle pellets, T-rex dry formula, and this product. Needless to say they ate this last (or not at all if there was enough of the other brands mixed in). Although they do float, they also seem messier than the other products and seem to crumble more if I let them sit too long in their water. I do like the convenient easy open dispenser they come in though. I'll probably just save that and pour the other food into it."

"Even thought my turtle will eat pretty much anything, my RES seems to really enjoy these and he gets all that fruit and veggies he's supposed to be having :)"
