"This product is nice but after using it for a few months the lamp part gets rusty and comes out of the base where the bulb screws in, and then the entire thing stops working. I tried unplugging and plugging back in and letting it sit with the switch off and it wont turn back on. I have had 3 of these lamps and they all have done the same thing after a few months. The lamp just falls apart and then just turns off and wont turn back on again. It is a PIECE and i wish they had better quality lamps out there."
"I bought the fluke clamp lamp for my lizards, for the first time. It is the most difficult clamp to put on the lamp. I went back to petco for help with the clamp, and the workers could not even put the clamp on the lamp."
