"I love these logs. I have two of them myself. They look amazing, and they are very sturdy. My only complaint would be it's a little hard to clean, and when I had to take a toothbrush to one, some of the paint came off. Overall though, it's awesome!"

"I love this product! I use it for my ball python and he sleeps in it everynight or when he gets the chance. but i was a little disappointed for the size of it..but my snake has no complaints"

"I bought one of these hideaways for my two hissing cockroaches. They liked to go under it and climb on it. It is made of resin and looks very good. This would be good for a lizard/gecko and maybe frogs, but not snakes. Over all it is good and well made."

"I already have one of these for my Mali Euromastyx and she loves it! She sleeps inside of it every night.
I am now buying one for my little beardie. I'm sure he will love it, too.
I addition to being practical it is also very nice looking. My Mali has had hers for 6 years and it still looks like new...no worries about pieces falling off, either."

"I actually use this in my Hermit crab Habitat,and the Hermies love climbing inside of it and taking their naps.
It's attractive,easy to clean,and nobody can get stuck in it,which is a plus."

"I have the small log for my little leopard gecko, Oz. She loves to bask in her light on top, or hide under it for cooling off and feeling safe! I think it is the best hideaway available for reptiles and amphibians, because it is safe for pets, accesible for you, and attractive!"

"my ball python is now too large (read: fat) for his hideaway. i kept it in his cage for a while since snakes like the familiar, but i finally had to take it out when i noticed that he was curled up but the log only perched on top of him because he couldn't squeeze into it anymore."

Best Hiding Spot Ever Date: January 13, 2008
"I have a tiger salamander and he absolute loves this "log". When he's not burrowed or swimming around, Rex is either in this with his head poking out and waiting for food, or standing on top looking like he could conquer the world. I have a long 20-gallon tank, and the larger version of this hideaway fits wonderfully anywhere I put it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a herp that loves to hide and climb."

"Its beautiful, but can take up alot of space, especially for a 10 gallon tank. This is the only "large" hiding spot i have (besides plants) for my leopard frogs. Its on land and in the water, so my frogs have an adventurous way to get into the water. They love sleeping in it on the land portion and trapping crickets in there.

I would recommend this to a friend and anyone else who wants a wonderful home for there "small" reptiles/amphibians :)"

"my leopard gecko really likes this, and ever since i got it for him, he sits on top of it basking in the light, or he stays benieth it for cooling off. Very eye-appealing, and easy to clean. Would recommend to anyone."

"If you have a small tank, about 10 gallons, buy this only if that's the only house you'll use. Space runs out quickly after you put it in the tank, so be mindful of how much space you have. Very good quality, and cleans easy! A winner in my book!"
