"i bought this leash, when i first got my dog byrmingham. she is now two years old, i have had other dogs in the past, and no leash has lasted this long. it is extremely comfortable for me to hold and and withstands the pressure of a dog running around a tree, the threads are still in tact after two years. the leash is waterproof and byrm proof. it works for the spunky wild dogs and the cool calm and collective ones. plus it fits perfectly with the shape of a hand, no more old cloth leashes that burn the palm, this baby is fantabulous. it is both dog and owner friendly. i will never buy another type of leash again. thanks flexi comfort 2 retractable cord leash! sincerely byrm's mom"

"I've had two of these retractable leashes. One leash broke for some reason out of the blue and I only had it for a month. The second one, I must say that what it says on the package about not being close to the lead is true. It does burn and is dangerous. My dog loved it because he got free roam on our walks but It would get tangle with other owners causing burns on our legs. He lost his training, so he forgot the meaning of heel. I would not recommend this for someone with a medium to large size pooch nor with small children because it could easily burn legs, hands, necks, feet, faces, etc."
