"I have two pet rats and they eat most of it but they dig around and don't eat certain pieces of the food. It seems like sort of a waste because in like two days, there's food left in the bowl that they refuse to eat. I'm switching to a new food soon."

"After I started buying "Reggie Rat Food" my rat, Riley, has gotten a lot less greasy, I used to have to bathe him a lot, but now he feels silky and smooth, he also never skips any of the stuff in it (like he did with the other food), he eats it ALL. I have to fill it up every other day or it will go empty, and it's a big bowl. The food also has less fatty nuts and seeds, but more oats, and dried veggies then any other food I've bought. I highly recommend this to anyone with a greasy rat."

"the food is exelent all of my 13 rats love it , however my only problem is they need to make bigger bags i go through a 2 lbs bag of food everyday it gets expensive really fast except caught your awesome deal which really helped me out."

"I bought this for my baby, and he literally STOPPED EATING all together!! I was really worried, finally I switched to another product (kaytee fiesta) and now he cant wait to get more food! I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone really."

"I adore this rat food and so do my rats! It is much more nutritious as it does not have the amount of seeds and nuts found in other rodent food. The smell is pleasant and very mild. If you have tried some of the other brands then you know sometimes small animal food can be very smelly! Also my rats seem to like the variety of shapes and sizes of the pellets."

"Reggie Rat is a good staple for my rats along with fresh fruits, veggies and a healthy lab block. Although not all of my rats eat all of the ingredients, the food has a good blend of oats, grains, and crunchy healthy supplements that satisfies their hunger as well as their need to gnaw. I love hearing the crunching sounds when I refill their bowls of Reggie Rat!"

"i have had rats for many years and this is the one food that i find that not only do my Rats eat and like it but I noticed that when I use Reggie rat their coats are thicker and healthier. and they tend to leave thier mineral lick alone which tells me that it has more vitamins, and they actually eat EVERYTHING in the mix..."

"My rats loved this stuff! Reggie Rat is different from most small animal blends because it has many whole ingredients, not those little tiny seeds and cheap alfalfa pellets that rats don't like anyways. However, make sure that when feeding, you also give your rats a few lab blocks and some fresh fruit or something."

"Reggie Rat is better than most comercial pet food on the market, but that is not saying much. I used it for a couple of weeks with my rats, and when I switched to a home made mix and high quality lab blocks, their coats became shinier and softer.
Reggie Rat doesn't use soy (very good for rats) as a major ingredient, but corn is one.
I would recomend either ordering a high quality lab block, or using a home made mix (there are several)."

"I currently own 7 rats and I've tried many diffrent foods in the past. Most foods my rats would pick through and eat only one or two things, with Reggie Rat they eat every piece. They love it and the nutriton is well balenced and it has a nice variaty of foods to pick from. I suggest Reggie Rat to all rat owners who are looking for a good store bought food."
