Not for Larger animals

"Such as rabbits, chinchillas, and Guinea pigs. I highly recomend this product for mice and hamsters etc.) but not for larger animals such as the ones already listed. My female rabbit (Wabs) liked the cage but chewed the life out of it. Yeah it kept her teeth short, but it was practically gone in 2 weeks. Then she would jump on it go to the bathroom all over it. So it was really gross, and not the easiest to clean."

"My hamster loves this igloo. He sleeps in it every day. I love the fact it has holes on the very top for air circulation. He also loves to climb on the igloo and sit on the top. I highly recommend this item."

"I bought the smallest igloo for my dwarf hamster and the largest one for my dwarf rabbit and they both love them! My rabbit loves to sit on top and he also loves to dash in and out when we are playing. I put a fleece bed in there for him to sleep on and he loves it. My hamster uses it loyally as her sleeping place. I would recommend this to anyone."

"I liked this product a lot. The only problem is that the biggest is supposed to be big enough to fit a rabbit, well, the rabbit can fit, but its extremley cramped in there. My bunny just likes to sit on top and enjoy the view. If you have a guinea pig I would reccomend getting the biggest. Then it should fit perfectly/"

Great for Ferrets

"I have three of the large ones in my Marshall ferret mansion and my ferrets love it. I did have to zip tie them to the cage, or else they would become dangerous flying objects. :) Any-who I put a larger hand towel in each of them and they use them as blankets when they go to sleep. Also it contains the smell of the ferret inside and when a ferret sleeps is when it releases most of its odor. So once a week I pull out the towels and wash them and there really is no smell. :)"

"i got the smallest one in pink/purple for my 2 male robo hammies (poor things...every thing they have is girly) and they run in there to just hide...so i put some shredded toilet paper(tp) then a day or two later i notice that there using it as a bathroom! they actually used the tp.... they still run in there every time i try to get them out of their cage....but it is so nice to know they are using it in someway since they already have a house that they love."

"Ok. I have a rabbit (button) and hes a dwaff. When he was little he always went on top ( i have the biggest igloo). But now its not working for him. he likes to strech out so instead of going on his igloo he goes on the ground."

finally! a house roomy enough for a syrian hamster

"i have 2 syrian hammies and they had only slept in the corners of their cage because all the other houses were just too small. Jingle is a male and he is chubby, so i had to get him a big house to sleep in. i got him the small size in green and i put it in his cage. the igloo took up quite a bit of room but it was still kind of roomy. he just touched it, lost interest, and went to the corner to sleep again. when he got sleepy, i picked him up and put him in the igloo and he fell asleep.
it is well-ventilated and is VERY easy to clean. every week, i just rinse it with water and scrub it with soap. it's also comfy and roomy for Jingle, so he doesn't have to be squished."

"My girls absolutely love their igloo...I like the fact they come in so many sizes. I have a tiny one for when I get new rattie babies and a larger one that is in the main cage for the girls. They all cuddle in it during the day, and at night they all play on it. So I would say this is a great idea and definately worth the little bit of money."

"my hamster loves his igloo! we didn't realize hamsters liked to have a private little nesting area, so we didn't get him anything until later. he instantly loved it! he slept in it and he took a few of his chew toys in with him!"
