"This is the 2nd replacement flap I have purchased for my dog door that was installed in 2002. With several dogs it is a life saver. Only problem was it takes two people to install this flap. One on each side of the door to make it easy to install."

"I have this pet door for 6 years now. My dogs love their freedom to use my yard. The only problem is that the flap stretchs out and must be replaced approximately every six months. I have purchased this product from another company that sells only pet doors. Twice they have sent me a defective flap. This one from petco was perfect."

"I bought a large metal door and was happy with it until I had to replace the flap. The replacement is awful-it does not close well;leaves a gap; the slightest breeze blows it open.The magnets are not as strong as on the original. Will not be buying a PETSAFE product again."

"I purchased a PetSafe medium 2-piece replacement flap because the old one had become bowed and did not seal well. The replacement was worse than the 5-year-old one it was to replace. There is huge gap along the center area between the inner & outer door because the inner flap is bowed and the magnets are so weak even the slightest breeze forces it open. It won't even keep the mosquitoes out, not to mention the wind. Certainly not worth 30 bucks."
