"We are so grateful and feel lucky we found Science Diet Sensitive Stomach food. We believe it has helped save our cat. Our kitty was vomiting every time she ate, getting very thin and had no energy. Our local vet ruled out serious illness, worms, etc. but had no further suggestions for stopping the stomach upset. An online vet advice service helped us save our cat from extreme dehydration with some emergency measures. We gave the cat a mixture of wet rice/turkey food with water and her anti vomiting medicine for a few days. She then recommended a change of solid food as well as regular use of a hairball ointment she licks from her paw.
I waited over a week, sadly, to change her pellet food, not knowing which to choose, until my poor kitty looked at me one day as if to say, "I am going to starve if you don't do something!" That day I searched the aisles of the store and on a hunch tried sensitive stomach formula. Not one more episode of vomiting in 2 months! She is regaining weight and thriving. This could have ended very badly...we can't praise this food enough."
