Small animal tie up

This is a great tie up for a small dog or cat who likes to enjoy the outdoors. My cats are primarily indoors, but get to go outside for a bit in the morning. I use this for my Bangel mix kitty who loves to run and chase things; and will be 4 houses away if she's not restrained. I use two of these with a body harness collar it keeps her safely in the yard. The only breakage has been from the yard guys weed cutter when I left it out attached to fence post. Then I just tied ends back!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor design

This tie-out has a poor design. The rope end is held together by a weak metal crimp. My 10 pound dog broke loose on it on our 3rd use. The rope slipped out of the crimp. I have no problem holding my little dog back on his leash, he's not that powerful at 10 pounds. I can't believe this thing broke so easily. From the beginning also, I had a very difficult time using the clasps. It is so hard to push them open to connect to something. 100% garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
