Super nutritious dried seaweed treat is rich in vitamins B6 and B12 and a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, and E, iron, iodine, potassium, and trace elementsYour herbivorous marine and freshwater fish will devour this naturally delicious wild plantAvailable in sheets or flakes in a variety of seaweed species
Purchased the purple version. My goldfish and my platies tear off bites after a few minutes of the seaweed floating around the tank. Even the fry go after it. But don't leave it in the tank too long - starts to flake apart. I put in about a 1x1 inch strip in each tank for about an hour. Some fish are a bit slower to approach it. This gives them time after the others have their fill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item for my blue tang, because it was recommended that I feed my fish some veggies. I have tried putting it in my tank, but it just fell apart, and the fish didnt eat it.
