Cow ears are the best!!

My dogs LOVE these. They last much longer than other dog treats I give them. Plus no gross goo or stains left on furniture or carpeting! They are expensive but seem less so than other dog treats purchased in actual brick and mortar stores.
I bought these online when they were on sale AND the shipping was free.
My dog's sensitive digestive systems handled these treats well and unlike most treats, these did not cause my dogs to have terrible gas!!
Will definitely purchase these again!

great for small dogs, not big dogs

I have 3 dogs, the smallest is a Beagle. These cow ears take my dogs 5-7 min. to chew them up. Waste of money for me. The whole box of them, are about he size of my hand. They seem to be more brittle, than other brands I have tried, so are easier to chew up. These from Petco would be perfect for a small dog, if you want the treat to last long enough. But they are a healthier treat. If the price was much much cheaper, I would buy again.

Smaller than expected

These cow ears are more like calf ears, but still a good value for a box of 100. My dogs go through them like crazy. Much healthier than rawhide. I would have liked them to be a bit larger, however. Most are 5-6 inches long, not the 8-10 inch ears I was expecting.

I oredered these cow ears even after reading the reviews that they are small. I was very pleased when they arrived and they are all very large cow ears. I have a Pit mix who can chew through a typical ear in less than 10 minutes. These lasted twice as long and she LOVED them. GREAT product.

We have 6 dogs with varying chewing needs. We discovered cow ears appeal to all without the stomach upset from pig ears. And having this many on hand makes it easy for us to always have something available for our canine kids to munch on. The added bonus is that they don't stain or leave greasy residue on fabrics and floor coverings. Great product!

Small Size - Hope for larger sizes again

I've been ordering these ears for 3+ years. This last order turned out to be about 2" in size. I was shocked. Generally, the ears are quite large (4"+) and my dogs love them. I'm ordering again with hopes the size will be larger. 2" ears don't cut it and I will return them.

my min pin loves these treats. I purchase them all the time from the store and decided to purchase them online for the savings. Bad move. The ears I received looked nothing like the ones that are 4-5" in length in stores or the ones pictured. I received a box of (100) 2-3" small and shriveled looking cow ears from Red Barn. Not what I expected!!

I usually buy the ears from the store and they are 7-8 inches in length but I bought a 100 pack and the biggest ones are about 4 inches with alot of them being only 2 inches. Very small compared to purchasing in store

Best thing since sliced bread for many years. Red Barn changed vendors and product deteriorated. They were small, paper thin, and nothing to chew. I complainied and you explained. I received ONE box of Quality ears. Most recent order is a return to the chewless chew.

i received my cow ears and was horrified. They looked nothing like the ones you purchase in the stores. Every single one was exactly between 5" to 5 1/2".(very small). They looked like little tortilla chips. The quality of them also looked like they came from a very sick cow. I literally counted each one and there were only 95 in the box. I received them on a saturday. I returned them the next day, sunday..

Cow Ears Not as good as they use to be

I have gotten these many times. My 2 dogs have always enjoyed them. However, the last time I got them, they were not the same as the other times I had gotten them. They use to be white in color but this time they were dark. One of my dogs sniffed the ear and walked away! I do not know if they have switched how they are made but if they have, I wish they would go back to the other way.

Happy dogs chew Cow ears!

I have two Labrador Retrievers and one Min-Pin. The Labs are; one year and two years old respectively. The Min-Pin weighs 20 pounds, and is 9 years old. Both Labs weigh between 70 and 80 pounds. All three of my dogs love to chew... some products have many calories. I am trying to supplement the dog food with Cow Ears. All three of the dogs are given a Cow ear following their meals, twice daily. I have found that their craving for chewing/eating is satisfied without them consuming large amounts of calories. Therefore, I have three very happy and healthy dogs, maintaining a healthy weight that love Cow ears from Petco for dessert.

I give these to my Boston Terriers because they love to chew, but have difficulty digesting rawhide products. These ears are usually 8-12 inches long, which
keeps my dogs from eating the ears too quickly.
Make sure you keep an eye on your pets when they chew these, or any other similar toy/product.
