Great Crate

"We just bought our first dog and went into this blind. We bought a cage the day after since we realized he was a puppy in training and needed to be in a confined area during the times we are not around or are too busy. Thank goodness we had time to read the guide that the Precision Great Crate came with. The Crate/Cage itself is a training tool. I was hesitant at first to even think of putting a puppy in a crate, but according to the guide, the dogs actually like it b/c it is like a den. Only after 15 minutes our puppy was fine with the crate. We leave the door open and he goes in there himself when he wants to nap or just relax. They will refuse to use the restroom in there since it is their sleeeping quarters.
Our black crate matches our living room and it is completely see through so our puppy can have an unobstructed view of his environment. We put a blanket in there and it is very cozy. It also has a carrying handle, but we haven't used that yet. The guide that this crate came with is indispensable."

"My Schnauzer really likes his new home, with ample standing room. We upgraded from a smaller cage, same Manufacturere because the 2 doors and pull out tray work well.Easy set to set up."

"This crate is HUGE which is great for my 2 German Shepherd pups, I have the next size down and have them lined up so they can still sleep next to each other if they need be. One pup is larger than the other.
They will be perfect when they are fully grown."

"Selling point on this for me was the easy assembly, or lackthereof.
The locking mechanism is also nice, nicer than that on other crate anyways, and the plastic pan is verrry heavy duty.
I use this as a home for my bunny and my friend who has a dog doesn't even have a crate that's this nice!"

"I bought this crate so that my puppy would have more room when I leave him home alone. I feel that he is totally safe and not able to get into any trouble when I leave him home alone, but at the same time he has room for him and some of his toys and his food and water. It is also easy to fold down to take with us in the car when we visit friends or family that are not so dog friendly."

"This crate is extremely sturdy and easy to clean. Having doors on the front and side was a blessing for us since the space where we placed it only allows for access from the side. I bought one for a friend and she is just as pleased with it as I am."

"This is a sturdy, well-built crate. The door on top is especially handy. My only complaint is that the plastic carrying handle fits too loosely and should snap on tighter, as it does with another similar crate I have by the same manufacturer."

"Some of my friends have no problem being crated (shout out Tegan!) but I weaseled my paw between the cage and door and squeezed thru that baby. I enjoyed the run of the house for the day and got into a LOT of trouble. And let me tell you, my parents were NOT happy. The next day they had to zip-tie every crevice of the crate so I couldn’t get out and destroy my house. This crate would be good for a mellow dog, but not one like me, who’d rather lounge on the couch over being crated (after that one episode, I am now out of the cage – so it kind of was a waste)."

"It took about 2 days for my Boxer pup to warm up to his crate! He loves it now & this will make training and travel a breeze. The included divider works perfectly since we bought the crate large enough for when he is full grown...

"My Dog Sofie loves these crates. She likes to lay on a blanket in the crate and the only problem I have is that it is difficult to get a blanket around the bottom tray of the crate and slide it inside. Sofie chewed the plastic tray of the last crate I bought from PetCo, so I try to cover the tray with a blanket or sheet."

"I was looking for a crate that was simple to set up and break down while still being sturdy enough that my dog could not force his way out. I was very happy with how quickly this crate set up (3 minutes) and how sturdy it also is. I really like the 2 doors and the fact that this crate came with a pad and I didn't have to buy the pad separately. Great value, I highly recommend!"

"We were given a two year old Boston Terrier.
I started researching crates and selected the precision crate because of the reviews. What a wonderful invention!
Our dog, Buddy is perfectly content to stay in it during the day while we are at work.
We decided to get a larger crate for 90 lb. dogs, so we would be able to put a bed and food and water in with him. I work close enough to home that I can go home at lunch and take him for a walk.
The first crate that we bought was defective and he was able to escape from it in the first two weeks that we had it, but we returned it to the store and got another one and he has never tried to get out of it. We have had this crate now for almost 4 months.
I would recommed it to anyone that needs a place to contain their dog while they are away for short periods of time."
