"I used them as "good girl treats" for my dog maggie when we 1st got her. We rescued her from the Hurricanke Katrina last year. She had absolutely NO training at all. She wasn't potty trained either. So we bought Milk-Bone large treats and gave them to Maggie an an incentive to going potty outside instead of inside. We tried other treats but she really wasn't interested in them after awhile because they made her have diahrrea. But she loved these. And they worked! She went potty outside from now on as long as she got "good girl treats" afterwards. We used them for training hre to sit, paw, lay down, hug, wait. She will do just about anything as long as she gets a treat afterwards. We will not buy anything else for her. They don't make her lazy either. They seem to work just like her food and give her energy. The other treats we tried just made her kinda sit around at times."
