"What a significant difference in my 1.2 pound yorkie, who almost died on me. After bringing him home from the emergency clinic, my breeder recommended this food as Zeppo just would not eat. When he tried the lamb roll, he devoured it and has porked up to a whopping 2 pounds, he has renewed energy, and is a new dog with a huge additude. Don't know if I can credit the food for that, but he didn't have much of a personality before. He was a very sick little guy.
My yorkies are in chow-heaven."

"My dog is barely recovering from a horrible virus that almost killed her. She has lost a lot of weight and looks awful. She has no appetite and it is reaching a dangerous level. The food roll is the first thing she has shown any interest in at all and wanting it so bad she ate her first bowl of dogfood that hasn't been force fed her in over a month. I LOVE this product and if this keeps up, it will have saved my dogs life. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!"

"I feed Natural Balance rolls in combination woth Natural Balance dry food. My dog loves it. It is also easy to handle, not at all messy or smelly like canned food. It has a very low moisture content so it is similar to a human food summer sausage. I also cut it into small cubes for training treats."

"We have two new dogs...a 3 month old Goldendoodle and we adopted a 5 year old Doxie-poo from the SPCA. It has been a challenge to find a food they will eat. We started with Iams and they both would get sick more than seemed normal.
The ONE thing we know is that these food rolls are good treats for them and they don't get sick. It's funny to watch how eager they are when they see me cutting up a roll for their treat bowl.
We are still plugging away finding a dog food for them, I don't want them eating the roll food everyday. I'm not sure it would be good for their teeth. But it's a great snack."

"This is the best dog food for my dog, she'll actually eat it! My dog is very picky. We've tried Gravy Train, Moist'n'Meaty, Alpo, Natural Balence kibbles but she won't eat it. She only seems to like people food! (We don't give it to her. We give it as a treat, sometimes) But, we were given some free Lamb Dog Food Rolls at a Petco Dog Training seminar. We got home and decided to let her try it. Shockingly, she LOVED it! Now we buy whole lamb rolls at Petco and use them for training. Terrific!!"

"I have two dogs, a Schnauzer and a Yorkie and they get this food for treats. They focus on training much better with this reward than with anything else I've tried. The obedience trainer that we go to uses this too and my dogs adore her, partly for the treats, of course."

"My very picky ShihTzu along with a sensitive stomach was enticed from his nap in the other room just by the rich aroma as I started cutting the roll for freezing. Since then I have used it in addition to his regular dog kibble as a "kibble dressing". Even the cats have been sniffing around it as well. I purchased the Lamb version thining it was the mildest of the ones available. Works well as a treat or as a mail meal - I'm keeping it as a special food treat."

"I use these for training my pomeranian. He loves them!! They really seem to keep his attention, unlike some treats. Plus I get alot of treats out of just one 1lb roll. I just cut them in little cubes and put them in the fridge. I also like how they are healthy for him!"

"These rolls are awesome if you cut them up and use them as treats, but not a good idea for a dogs daily diet. they do not have the right texture to keep a dogs teeth and gums healthy, contains sucrose, etc. if you are satisfied with natural balance, i suggest you try the dry food, or if your dog has no teeth, try the wet food. this is definitely more treat than meal."

"We have a Shih Tzu that is a "picky" eater and had lots of digestive problems. She is white and silver and also had a major problem with "tear stains". I bought the Natural Balance lamb food roll on the recommendation of my son, who had switched his Shih Tzu to the Natural Balance food when we had the last dog food scare. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this dog food is and I would recommend it very highly. The "tear stains" are almost totally gone, along with all of her digestive problems, and we have only been feeding her the food for approximately one month."

"My eight month old hound mix puppy LOVES the Natural Balance Lamb Food Roll. I have been taking him to obedience classes, so I cut up the roll into small pieces to use as training treats. The puppy goes crazy for them, and I like the fact that I'm feeding him a balanced treat instead of some of the commercial treats that are mostly fillers."

"Well I bought a puppy from a pet store because she was so tinny and cute and i took her home and she stopped eating. Well i took her back and they watched her for a couple of days and said she was fine and sent me home with a few cans of Natural Balance canned food and a roll of this. Well my puppy would not touch anything but this Dog food roll. She ate this for awhile and now she finally eats like a pig. Everytime i opened my container of that food she got all excited! Now i buy it from Petco. I feed it to her as a treat now because she likes it so much! Thank god for Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Dog Food Rolls!"

"I credit this food with helping to save my dog's life. he was suffering from severe anemia - even with extensive treatment including high doses of steroids, his red blood cell count had dipped to 13% (normal range for dogs is 37%-55%). He couldn't even walk or hold his head up. When i switched him to natural balance lamb rolls, he began improving so quickly - within a few months, his red blood cell count went back to normal, and his steroid dose is now minimal. I will never feed him anything else."

"My 155 lb Halequin is spoiled. She tends to think that when I eat, she should too - and she wants whatever I have. I've tried to keep her off table foods, but needed something special to make her feel special.
My girlfriend told me about this product. She said not only is it healthy, but it cuts down on that doggy smell they all get.
The nice thing is it comes in Great Dane sized rolls! I picked up a 5lb roll for my baby for Christmas and each evening I'd cut a slice and chop it up, then put it on top of her dry food.
