"For me this was great. I didn't want to put any holes in the walls or door jams and with this I did not have to. Strong and Sturdy. Kept the Boys 2 (Chihuahuas) where I wanted them to stay also kept them out of trouble! Great product."

"I bought this gate when a adopted my puppy and It is a very good product. I have used it everyday for almost a year now and I have never had a problem with it. Now that my puppy is fully grown and weights 80lbs. she still has not pushed down or tried to climb this gate yet."

Not great for smart dogs Date: January 28, 2008
"I bought this gate, after reading the reviews, for my 10 week lab/rottie mix. Within two days he realized he couldn't just knock it down, it locks in place very securely. However on the evening of day two I heard him coming up the steps. We walked back downstairs and the gate was still in place. I put him back in the kitchen and hid. He climbed right over the gate and headed back upstairs. Not a good purchase if your dog is persistent."

"This is an all around very good gate for my cats. I have only used the pressure mounting method, but hardware is included if you want to use it for a swing gate or something more permanent. I was leery that this wouldn't be tall enough to keep the cats out of the kitchen, but even tho one of my cats is extremely talented at jumping, he won't even attempt this. The gate is very sturdy, it won't topple over when leaned on. Plus they can easily watch me thru the openings. And I don't have to worry about them getting their claws stuck, like with mesh gates. I am very happy with this purchase. I might add that this is very easy to use. No setup necessary and it locks in place."

"Misty my 4 year old Italian Greyhound is tempermental at times, the walk thru gate has been holding up well though. I wish it were finished on both sides...

"This is a great product I just got a new puppy and everybody in my house leaves during the day and this fence keeps my puppy Lydia from going to the bathroom and chewing on furniture in the living room.Its easy to put up and my puppy cant kock it over. "The perfect gate. The only thing Bunny Blue can't climb over (or at least she hasn't figured out how yet). Fast and easy to set up and move with one hand. Looks great. Short enough to walk over if you don't want to keep moving it."
