"I received Lee's Kritter Keeper in exchange for another brand I had ordered. The dimensions are the same. The lip at the top was cracked on one corner, but the lid still fits and as long as I don't move it around too much, the plastic should hold up. I'm using it as a freshwater observation tank for 2 - 3 small fish that I bring home before introducing them to my main tank. The price was great. As a tank, it is quite roomy. I actually have a 50 watt heater sideways near the bottom plus two filters; a PennPlax Smallworld Filter and a Hagen Elite Mini Submersible Filter. I can easily add little plants based on the type the fish need. Right now, I have ground cover for the albino corys as you can see in the photo. The large container holds about three gallons of water. The way the lid fits on the clear container, there is no easy way of hanging attachments from the ledge, so suction cup attachments are necessary. A goose-neck lamp helps for lighting. It may not be the prettiest or the fanciest, but it does the job economically!"
