"I had bought this awhile back. I had a cat in it and they actually pushed out the door, and broke the two pegs in place within the first month of use. Luckily, they were inside! However, the only way I see this carrier to be fully functional, is to replace the door with a metal door, which I have done. Would not recommend this carrier for anyone dealing with feral and/or scared cats. They will push right out of the plastic door!! However, for anyone that needs a quick and cheap carrier this will do for docile cats."

"At first glance the carrier looks sturdy, but the small standards it fails to meet make the product almost useless.
As was mentioned by another post, the door broke around the second day. The grates are very thick and sturdy, but are anchored into two holes by "strips" of plastic -- 3/4 inch length and 1/4 inch diameter. [For those who have trouble visualizing it is comparable to a Tylenol capsule, if not slightly smaller). I will cut a lengthy explanation but with the top removed it will be anchored on the one peg..
The plastic on the top of the carrier is very durable, but the lower portion is a flimsy contrast. The small kitten made bulges in the surface as the plastic sank from the small weight. The sound reminded me of a plastic bottle being sucked and blown into.
To be fair, it is inexpensive I give it that. If you are transporting a stray, or just want to move an animal quickly this is a viable option."

"About $15 on sale, not bad for the price. The door and handle are both made of plastic so it is not as sturdy as the more pricey alternatives with metal accessories. Works fine for my little puppy."

"I bought this as a one time use it was just that.
The door broke the first day and I found that the locking nuts were useless. I removed them all and replaced them with Zip Ties and I used zip ties to secured the door.
I would invest in a highr quality Kennel."

"I work for a rescue organization, so we use our carriers requently. Several of these were purchased for our use. The locking side nuts fell out easily and the door broke so after a few months they had to be thrown away."

"I had bought this escort about 6mths ago for my baby Garfield. At first I was into it because it was my favorite color and it was cheap. And I must say really cheap, cheap in quality. The door latches are the worst. One day when I had placed Garfield in it and I tried to get him out the latch was stuck as a result I had to break it which in the end I ended up throwing it out there was no need for it no more."

"I've had this carrier for a little over a year and have used it about 10 times for my cat. The last time I used it my cat was able to push her way out of it while I was driving. The plastic knobs are so cheap that they wont stay in place, so she took advantage of this and escaped. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new carrier!"

"I bought this for my 3 month old kitten and he absolutely loves it. When I first got it I left the door open and he walked right in. He likes to drag his toys in and play or go to sleep on his banket. Only downside is the quality is cheap, (really soft plastic in some parts), and the door latch doesn't cooperate at first. Otherwise the product is great."

"I bought this because the price was decent and the picture looked good. But when it came, it was hard to assemble, and the quality was cheapo (all plastic, loose fitting plastic bolts & flimsy door). Now I have to make a trip to the store to return this."

My chihuahua loves this crate

"We use it crate train her and also leave her in there when we aren't home. Now we place it on the floor with the door open and she climbs right in and goes to sleep. Again the only problem is sometimes the plastic closures give you some trouble but other than than this is perfect."

"This is a pretty typical carrier. The down side is the plastic grate and closures. They just don't hold up. Let's face it - getting a cat into a carrier is no easy feat. The closing mechanisms need to be trouble free and this one doesn't cut it."
