"I have used this brand and product in my fresh and saltwater aquariums for over 10 years. Occasionally I would change it out with cheap stuff or other brands just to test it. Other brands have never come close to this amazing product.
Within minutes you can see the clerity in the water. It lasts so much longer then other products."

"This is the Gold Standard of Carbons. I have used this product for years. I currently use it as a filtering agent in my Aquaclear filter in a fancy goldfish tank. There is never any film at the surface of the water and the water itself is always clear- not a small feat in a heavily fed tank.
Give Marineland carbon a try- you'll be very pleased with the results in your aquarium."

"I used this product for a while, but it is difficult to clean. It is great at filtering out the bad stuff. When you put it in the tank, it tends to float a little bit."
