"I have a terrier that has a sensitive stomach. This is the only food that I've found that does well for him. I recommend it highly. I wish it came in larger bags though"

"I have had my border terrier for two+ years, and this is the first food I have not had to customize for his tastebuds. He looked at it, sniffed it, and dug in.
He will eat all of the food in his dish while I am still preparing my breakfast. I have never seen him so cooperative in my efforts to meet his dietary demands.
I love it. And even better, he loves it."

"The main ingredients (the first ingredients listed) are meat rather than meat by-products. Full of good nutrients, and my dog loves the taste. One of the more decently priced natural dog foods I've come across so far."

Great food for Westie's

"I almost lost my Westie a few years ago because of copper absorption in his liver. After putting him on a prescription dog food at $20.00 for a 10# bag, I ran across Nature's Recipe dog food for Terriers. It contained no copper which seems to be a problem for this breed. I didn't realize that all dry dog food had copper in it and I had been feeding it to my Westie for years. He does well now and has been eating only this since the prescription food. The only problem is that Petco is always out of the food in their stores. I don't know if it's a problem with the manufacturer or the warehouse but no one at the store can tell me."
