Cool Betta Tank
Date: October 5, 2009
"I got this Tank yesterday and so far I love it! I went to Petco to get one of these awesome tanks. When we got home we set it up and it worked PERFECT! The Filter system is so quiet and the light does`nt get too hot either. The Filter system works well FOR it`s size and cleans the Tank really good. The Filter system also is`nt too strong for Betta`s. It`s also big enough to hold up to 1-5 fish.If you just put in some gravel and plants it becomes a very nice decor. This Tank is also a PERFECT Tank for Bettas , I have 1 Male Betta in the Tank right now and I think he loves his new home. We might get a Female Betta too.The ONLY negative part about it is that there really is no place to feed your fish exept for the little slot by the filter. Either than that this is a 100% Tank. I would recemend it to anybody."

Great for Bettas
Date: April 23, 2009
"I bought this tank as a step up from a Betta-specific tank to help my single male thrive. I've had it about a month and a half now and he's doing great. Some say that the filter is too strong for a Betta, but mine loves getting his exercise by swimming against it and then diving to rest. It's large enough to have a small heater to keep him at optimum temperature and support a variety of decorations. I fit two plants, a hollow chest, and two solid items in there and he likes to sleep/hide in and lay on his accessories.
He came down with fin rot and I treated him for it, but realized that the Bio-Wheel bacteria could have been killed by the medication I was giving. I waited a couple weeks to see if the wheel showed any change and learned that the beneficial bacteria on the wheel are more resilient than I thought and were thriving, even after a week of antibiotics.
If you're looking for an excellent tank for a lone Betta, I highly recommend this tank."
