"this leash lasted for a few months and eventually snapped from the pulling of a ten pound dog ~ this may be good for tea cup dogs but thats about it"

"I absolutely enjoy this product. It has great features which are easy to use and very convenient. I have a lot of people who run along the sidewalk in front of my house and much of the time I need to shorten the 2 dogs leashes quickly, these are great leashes to do so with. They make my life with 2 jack russells much easier than it would be with regular leashes. Thanks."

For Smaller Dogs I guess.... Date: December 7, 2005
"I have a 65 pound St. Bernard/Timber wolf. She's three years old. I bought this leash for when we go outside to the bathroom. I thought it would be a good idea since she has the freedom to go pretty far and I have the control of just how far she goes (and of course, I can control when she doesn't go very far at all) - I found that this leash (even though the package said it was good for her size), was not sturdy enough - I didn't feel comfortable enough with it so I brought it back to the store for a refund and I purchased a non-retractable leash with a thick diameter that I felt was much safer. "

"I love this leash. It allows my dog to roam off the path, while keeping her in control. I recommend this leash if your dog loves to wander, but you worry that he/she might run off. "
