"My vet told me that some anti-diarrhea medications may be harmful to pets. They may even contain asprin (can be poison for cats!). Lambert Kay is the only brand I trust, because I know the ingredients, my vet has approved it, and it really works. When my pets are experiencing tummy trouble, I give them a dose of Lambert Kay every 4 hours, and withhold food and treats for 12 hours. By the end of the first day there's improvement. It also has a pretty good shelf life, so it's a great product to keep on hand, just in case you need it!"

"My Yorkie pups were having problems with mushy stools and pooping at night in their kennel after being spayed. I tried everything people recommended on the internet but nothing seemed to help. I then tried Pet Pectillin and noticed improvement after the second application on the first day. This is miracle stuff. I would recommend you try it if your dogs ever have this problem. I am always going to have this in my cupboard. It is tasteless and easy to mix in with their food."

"I made a half day drive to Denver to visit family. Along the way, my 1 year old poodle mix got an upset stomach with vomiting and diarrhea. On Christmas day, enough was enough when she ruined two towels and one new padded mat in her crate and had to go 3 times throughout the late night. I have never seen her like this, and saw the product info and read the reviews on this page.
The next day, I stopped by the nearest Petco to my sister's house and purchased this product. The associate there recommended that I give her a little bit of pumpkin a few times a day as well. After one day, she's had noticeable improvement in her stool. She didn't get the urge to go in the middle of the night, and when she woke up I took her outside and her stool was nearly back to normal. I'm still in the process of giving her a few more doses until I know she's fully recovered.

"My 14 yr old terrier mix has developed a very sensitive stomach as she becomes older. She had chronic diarrhea for 4 days after I mistakenly gave her one dog biscuit (thought I would try a new brand). I tried giving her pepto bismol for 3 days, but it was not getting better. The vet has told me to give her pepto in the past, but this time it did not work at all. She started to have a little blood in her stool too and I was desperate to try anything.
I put her on a bland diet, mixed it with this product and she loved it. It smells good and she stopped having diarrhea immediately. Now, I have this product on hand at all times!!"

"I gave this to my cat or I should say tried to give it to him. I mixed it in food he loved. Tried smearing it on his paws, tried to put in his mouth with a dropper. He hated it. If I held his mouth shut he would let it dribble out until I let go. I personally thought it didn't smell too appetizing."

"This is the best product I've ever used for my dogs for diarrhea. One of them has a sensitive stomach and gets diarrhea whenever he is stressed (and everything stresses him). The other one is a little "garbage hound" and frequently gets into garbage people have tossed around our apartment complex. Pet Pectillin is the only thing that works - quickly and gently. I would totally recommend it to everyone."

"my puppy had chronic diarrhea for three days and even had blood in his stool. he also began vomitting every morning and was dehydrated. i had to put him on a special bland diet and only fed him once a day. i was about ready to take him to the vet until i saw and tried this product.
i gave it a try and added 1 tsp of it in his food of steamed chicken breast and white rice. his stool is now normal and also saved me money from taking him to the vet and giving me similar medication like this.
the moment you see that your pet's stool isn't normal, i'd recommend you try this asap before your pet goes thru more problems like my pup."

"FOr years I have been using kayopectate as told by vet. But that took large doses to work and several doses. This stuff took so very little and worked within one dose. ONly thing I would say is the company/makers need to make it taste a little better so that it goes in and stays in and the pup doesn't spit it back out knowing it isn't yummy. Even mixing in food doesn't work with covering up. Jsut shoving the stuff all the way down the hatch."
