"I'm the impatient kind of person, so I didn't want to wait a month after setting up my aquarium to put fish in it. I bought a package of these tank buddies, and dropped one in anytime my ammonia started to creap up. Now my tank is fully cycled, and my fish are happy and healthy. Works pretty well, I think."

"This worked out nicely for my aquarium. It is very simple to use, and entertaining to watch it dissolve. My fish loved playing in the fizz. The only flaw is that it sometimes clouds my water after cleaning, and this happens randomly from thirty minutes to couple hours so not much of a way to prevent it. But overall, it's pretty good."

"This product is simple to use, and has always worked for me. I have a 10 gallon tank, which is currently holding 12 fish, and the discs work within a few hours to bring the ammonia down to a safe reading."

"I don't know what the other customer was doing but this product is easy to use and highly effictive. it keeps the ph level in my tank between 6.0 and 7.0 which is perfect for my calico fantail goldfish. i also use it along with the water clear conditioner which keeps the water crystal clear. as with any product doing frequent water changes and not overfeeding plus proper areation and filtration will keep your fish healthy. I love this product!"

"This product never worked for me. I once used it to get rid of my ammonia and it did that, but it also seemed to reset my tank giving that new tank sydrome agian. Also my fish would always try to eat it which in my opinion could be bad if it is swalloed. So i would reccomend that you do a water change (10%) every other day and that should take care of the ammonia."
