"Excellent bedding for my mice and my rabbits litter pan! Little to no dust and does not leave dust on pets. The litter itself does not smell. I've got many pets in the house, if you didn't see them, you'd never know. The house does not smell like litter o"

Best litter on the market....... Date: December 10, 2005
"When I picked up my two youngsters from Petco, I bought this litter because it was the litter they were used to. I was concerned that the odor would be a problem since I feed Becky and Pumpkin yogurt and fresh vegetables everyday. To my surprise the litte"

Good Enough Date: July 2, 2009
"I have a 8 month old hamster, and he likes the Carefresh bedding. It almost never sticks to him, but it needs changed very often, and gets stinky, and when the cage is stinky, the hamster is to so that means that the hamster is stinky and I don't like to play with stinky hamsters. Overall I think it is a mildly good purchase."

Best Rabbit Bedding Date: June 25, 2009
"I have had a rabbit for over six years and started with pine bedding. I will never go back. Carefresh controls the odor and lasts longer in the cage. People rarely notice that I have a rabbit when they come into my house. It's a bit more money, but totally worth it!"

NOT good as a bedding, but okay as a base . Date: May 28, 2009
"carefresh isn't the best with odor within two day's i couldn't take the smell! and it's very expensive, i'd give it "5 paws" as a base to aspen or kiln dried pine but as just a bedding i'd give it "2 paws" it's also very dusty."

My bedding of choice Date: May 13, 2009
"I gotta say, for how much bedding I go through a month this stuff hurts my wallet. It's expensive, but it's really worth it. It's easy to clean up. My rabbits love how soft it is compared to other stuff I've used. It doesn't stick to their stomachs and its hard to kick out of the cage. (which is great for me, I get sick of vaccuming)

Pros: Great quality, easy clean-up
Cons: expensive, dusty"

My favorite bedding Date: March 11, 2009
"I really like this bedding. It's not dusty, it's really soft, my mice can move it around, and it seems to take away a lot of the odor. And I like the color because it looks good with my cage :)"

Excellent product Date: March 7, 2009
"I really like this because it is so absorbant and odorless. My rabbit "Punkin" really likes it too. She's very happy that I can just scoop out the wet area, wipe the cage floor and then add a little more bedding. Her cage is always fresh and clean thanks to this product! There really isn't any other type of bedding that I would ever use."

"I have 3 rabbit that live in Luna cages in our familyroom, when they are not out running around. This product helps to keep the odor locked away so we can enjoy all of our family, rabbits and kids, all together."

Only stuff i use for my rats Date: January 19, 2009
"this is the only item i will let near my rats precious feetsies. its the only product that is safe and tolerable. u dont get that nasty amonia smell u get from wood bedding as well as no cuts or lung problems. I ONLY use the white though. the brown does not last nearly as long u have to change your cages more often and it has its own odor. the colors are fine if u have dark animals but pink/blue bedding turns your white rats pink/blue etc... when the bottle drips or if it gets wet at all which is the point of it. the white lasts the longest and gives u a better idea of when u need to change it. I have NOT tried the funfetti yet id like to its just a little pricy for my 4 cages."

In most my rodent history... Date: January 18, 2009
"I've only used Carefresh. When I was younger my mom would always buy pine bedding. I knew it must've felt bad and my guinea pigs always had redness on thier feet. When I started to buy my own animals products I ONLY USED carefresh. Its made of recycled fiber, my guinea pigs never have hock feet anymore! I have 2 guinea pigs now, and one is ready to give birth withing this month! I try to use the white color carefresh, it makes it easier to track things like bloody urine, or urine in general (in case your trying to potty train your piggies.)"

Prone to mites!!! Date: January 18, 2009
"After we bought this for our rat and started using it in his cage, 3 days later he was covered with mites. A little research on the internet and it turns out that the mites were from the bedding, which is prone to having mites and things living in it. The solution to this is to freeze the bag for at least 48 hours before using it, to try to kill the bugs first. We will not be using this one again."

the only stuff I'll use Date: January 13, 2009
"I really like Carefresh, and while I prefer the White version, it is the only thing I'll use with my rodents. There is very very little dust, and once it's fluffed up, the volume is amazing. It's soft on little feet, and absorbs a large volume of liquid."

Bedding is HARD, it has changed. Date: December 18, 2008
"We have always bought the Carefresh Bedding for our guinea pig. This time it is very dark and very hard. The new picture does reflect the new colour. The older bedding was lighter, like on the Ultra picture, and much softer. Our guinea pig does NOT like the hard stuff. We combined the old with the new. We will NOT purchase this bedding again if it remains hard."

Perfect bedding Date: December 16, 2008
"All the 200+ reviews say it all. Carefresh has to be the bedding you chose! There's nothing that controls odor better! I also tried the colors kind which I think controls odor even better. This is a great brand and I also suggest buying larger sizes b/c you go through a decent amount and it goes a long way w/ the big bag! Cheerio the hamster loves it"

Okay Product Date: November 10, 2008
"This product absores ok but not great. Except to see wet spots at the bottom of your tank while cleaning. It also smells bad at the end of the week. I had to mix it with another bedding. The bags are small and you dont get a lot for the money."
