"This vitamin pyramid doesnt really.. help. They're perfectly fine without any of this.. One thing i would like to say is.. do not put this into a newly cleaned tank.. it literally "yeallows" and clouds up the water, which is pretty disgusting, and obviously unclean.. but it doesnt do any harm. ^^"
