Kitty Loves Love Glove Time!

"Our kitty loves this! It's brushing and petting combined into one smart glove...and at under $10, it's definitely worth the purchase.
A five paw product, but like previous reviews, there are a few minor negative things about the glove. It's a little hard to get the hair off if you do a quick brushing. But if you get enough hair on it (about a five minute love glove session with our tortie), you can easily rub and roll off the hair in clumps. The glove is also designed for the right hand, but it's not really that awkward for lefties.
Overall, a GREAT product (I'm not sure of the similar items out there though), and worth the purrs you'll get from using it!"

This item exceed my expectations. It looks like a cheapo hack job and indeed there are tons of similar looking gloves out there with nubby rubber attachments but, going with the reviews, I decided to purchase this one. I also have a Furminator and I would not get rid of either. It does an excellent job of catching loose hair.
Two scenarios:
1. As a follow up brush once I have "furminated" two of my cats. It often picks up just as much hair plus it's much easier to use on other areas of the cat's body. I find the Furminator is limited to the spine/tail.
2. It is the primary brush for my male tabby who hzx extremely fine fur that the Furminator cannot catch.
The only negative is it can be hard to clean, but it's easier if you wait until it's "full" and there's a mat of hair which is easier to peel off.
Recommended."

"We bought 3 of these: one for our grandpuppy, one for the cat and one for the dog that's coming into our lives. The cat seems to like it in small spirts - without our hand in the glove. We're thinking maybe it's too hard on the cat from the weight of our hand. The grandpuppy seems to enjoy it - also wants to chew it up."

"I have a service animal, and how he looks means a lot to me. I take this when we are traveling out of town for a few days. Good for quick or touch up grooming. No where better than a regular comb and brush, but who always has time for that?"

"Just got the Magic Coat Love Glove today and immediately tried it out. I was concerned our little girl wouldn't like it because it is a strange object, but after a minute to get comfortable with it she began to purr deeply and seemed to want me to continue with the "massage." She even seemed to move around for me to get to all the right places. I got a LOT of loose fur off her--Now all that fur won't end up all over my bed linen. I was even able to get up some of the fur she had already left on the blanket. Now maybe I won't have huge balls of fur to sweep up all the time. Yea! :-)"

"I picked up the Love Glove for my long-haired indoor cat, who was having hairball issues. Turns out all my pets love it! It works especially well with the long-haired cat, who gets extremely cuddly when I'm brushing him with it, and the fur on the glove peels off extremely well. Fur peels off less easily for my short-haired cat and my greyhound, but they adore the way it feels. The space between the nibs is wide enough to run your finger through to collect the hair that sticks to the glove. An excellent purchase!"

"I recommend this to all pet owners. I purchased the Love Glove for my inside cat. It is amazing to see how much my cat loved the attention he received from the Love Glove. While I was grooming him with the glove, he would even roll to the other side after I had groomed him on one side. It was amazing! My cat is very finicky about new things and especially brushes or things on my hand. He loves the Love Glove as much as I do. Do not purchase imitations, they don't work! I guarantee you will love this product as much as I do. Clean up is easy also. The hair peels off the glove easily. I do recommend you lay a cloth on the floor to catch any loose hair that may not stick to the glove."

"Easy to use, gets out loose hairs on my black lab. The hair doesn't cling to it like other reviewers, leaves lots of hair on the floor, none on the glove, so I either brush him outside or on white tile floor and vacuum after. My dog seems to like it, he gets very excited when I get it out and tries to play with the glove while I'm brushing."

Love the Love Glove

"This is the best solution to brushing I have found for medium-short hair dogs. My dog is a working dog and we have to travel a great deal. Brushing outside is sometimes not an option. With the Love Glove, the hair collects into a mat and I am able to just peal it off and put it into a plastic bag for easy, clean disposal. My dog loves it too!"

"All three of my cats LOVE this glove. Two of them aren't fans of the wire-hair brush so keeping them from shedding all over everything isn't easy.
They all love it so much, they'll actually complain when I STOP petting them with it.

"This glove was given as a gift. we had purchsed one previously, and love how well it works. Our cat loves being brushed with it because it never pokes his skin like combs do. Also...it is easy to remove the fur from the glove. Whenever our cat hears the velcro sound, he comes running, because he knows he will be brushed and his fur will look soo nice!"

"I saw this and thought it was a good idea. My one cat who likes to be brushed really likes this. and it gets LOTS of hair, i was totally surprised. So if your cat is ok with brushing then you;ll be ok. My other cat who doesn't like brushing lets me get a couple swipes in and then isn't so sure. But it does WORK WELL!"
