My Cavies Really Dig This Food

"PETCO doesn't carry the brand* of pellets my piggies favor, so to tide them over, I purchased a bag of LM ANIMAL FARMS Vita-Vittles. I didn't expect it to go over well; The two of them have consistently given the thumbs down to supposed treat-like extras by eating around the crunchy colored pieces. (In fact, I picked Vita-Vittles because it appeared to have the highest ratio of pellets to extra bits.) Also, like most GPs, they aren't big fans of change.
Surprisingly, they really dig this food! They enthusiastically munched up the pellets, carrots, corn & Vita-Bits. The re-sealable packaging is a bonus.
I give it 4 out of 5 paws (A paw has been deducted from the rating because it is a tad pricey for 5lbs.)
*My GPs usually eat Brown's Traditional Guinea Pig Food."

Great pellets

"My guinea pigs both love the basic pellets in it, and yet only one of them likes the crunchy bits in it.
The pellets are fortified for guinea pigs, and although guinea pigs can eat rabbit food, don't give it to them! Guinea pig need specific food!
I love the LM brand! I use it for all my small animals, and it is great for them. Plus its the same price if not cheaper than others and it really is the best in my eyes."

OK product but not for my piggies

"Seems like a good product but my guinea pigs don't particularly like it. Only eat it when there's nothing else left in their cage. Wouldn't buy it again, but that doesn't mean it's a poor product. I read other reviews where people have said their pets like it. Mine just don't."
