We love this and so does our 6 month old pup. Keeps him busy for long periods of time. Works great with frozen peanut butter with a small treat in the middle of the peanut butter.

This toy (the large size) is really good for an ACD. Best use of the toy is for when its time for Oreo to be groomed just put some peanut butter in there stick it on the floor and he will just lay there for and hour and wouldn't even notice he is beening groomed lol.

I have a 165 lb English Mastiff. When I got her I could not find a toy that would outlast her more than an few hours not to mention to make it through a day! The only toy that I have found that she has not been able to destroy is the large black Kong! A

The Kong toys are supposed to be the best, promising to keep dogs busy for periods of time when you can't play with them. My new dog won't give it this toy the time of day, even when I smeared peanut butter inside it. Forget about stuffing it with treats; they just fall right out and she eats them in seconds.

I've been using these for years. Dixie, my Australian Shepherd greets me every evening when I get home from work with guess what? Yep. She gets it every morning with a little dry food topped off with a biscuit and that gives her something to have throughout the day. I love these things. My Norwegian is just learning about the benefits of having the one I just bought...

We bought two of these toys, one for each of our dogs. They did not stop chewing on them until they got the treats out of them. Even then, they still chew on them with the treats. Great for keeping them busy and out of our hair.

I bought this hoping to deter his chewing on anything and everything. I fill it with Stuff'n paste (liver flavor) and put I in the freezer. Odie goes crazy when I give it to him. I am going to buy some more Kong toys for him.

I have a bul mastiff that pretty much destroys any toy I give him, so far I have found two toys that he has NOT destroyed, one is a rubber ball with spikey things on it and the other is the kong toy. Bot toys have lasted almost 5 months. Even though the Kong toy is expensive, it is worth every penny because of how long it has lasted. Even my vet recommends Kong products.

Well I bought 3 of these today I bought the xlarge for extreme chewers well they didnt last any where near the amount of time I expected....they did last 1-2 hours longer than most toys I have bought, I think my lab-husky did the most damage where usually its the pit bull mixes that destroy the toys first since they have the most extreme chewing action.....if you have a smaller dog that has moderate chewing action they probably are a great toy..... guess I will stick to go cart and 4 wheelers tires for my mutts lol :)))))

I can't believe I paid 18 dollars for this piece of garbage. It was an extra large and it's still tiny as heck! I put the stuff in it and froze it and my dog just sat there and licked it all out through the big hole. It doesn't emit tiny treats when he would mess with it so it DID NOT encourage self-play or any kind of play at all. It bounces so irregularly that he doesn't care for it like his balls and has no desire to chew on it either. He only cares for the stuff inside and gets it out so easily that he doesn't have to play with it AT ALL. This was a very poor investment and I will not be buying any more Kong toys again. My friends got a Kong toy for their lab (the brother to mine) and though it was described as being for EXTREME chewers he had it destroyed in a day and doesn't touch it anymore. Our dogs love those cheap dollar cheap toys more than Kong and they are a much better investment, trust me!

I needed something to keep the dogs busy while they are kenneled. They were chewing up the bed due to bordom. This has helped eliminate that. No more picking up bed stuffing for me.

Excellent for my dog! He chews on EVERYTHING and finding him a toy he could not rip apart was difficult. It is well worth the money. You don't have to buy the store bought treats. You can make your own or put what you want in it!
