Best Mix for the Best Price!

"I have a large, outdoor aviary at my house that, in addition to smaller birds, has several species of conures and a pair of cockatoos (and 3 "fixed" rabbits) -- so I go through a LOT of bird food and fresh veges! This is by far the best mix for "parrots" that I have found, with a good percentage of pistachios (which are the favorite of the cockatoos). The cockatiels, parakeets and parrotlets pick at the smaller pieces, too, to supplement their diet and anything that hits the ground is gobbled up by the bunnies! There is no "filler" junk that the birds won't eat, so there is no waste factor! Excellent value for the price!"

Best seed diet on the market

"I have tried all kinds of seed diets which I use to supplement my pellet diet for four birds. Fiesta absolutely has the freshest and highest quality seed diet on the market. My birds won't eat any other seed brand I have tried to give them. The type of seeds, nuts, and fruit in Fiesta is wonderful and my birds are thriving on it."

"My umbrella cockatoo loves this stuff but it has way too many seeds and i worry about it. My vet told me to switch over to a pellet diet and i think i might do that. i might just use this as a treat for her because she loves it so much."

Fiesta, can't beat it!

"I've been feeding my African Gray Parrot Fiesta for over 2 years now and have nothing but praise for this food. He's healthy, plump, active, talks up a storm, and no picking at his feathers, if any of those things are related to food I cannot complain about this product. I tried to switch him over to a pellot food and he absolutly would not touch it, put the Fiesta back in his bowl and he was in heaven. My experience is it's worth the $50 bucks for a 25 Lb bag, I keep the excess in an airtight container and it lasts quite a while. A lot of other foods have an abundance of sunflower seeds as filler, but the Fiesta evens things out with quite an assortment, even with what I consider a somewhat high price I HIGHLY RECOMEND IT."

Poor ingredients.....parrot refuses to eat

"I used this food on my 2 year old Blue-Headed Pionus and he hated it. First off there is tooo many almonds in this food. Almost all of the food content ended up on the bottom of his cage or on my carpet. There is not very many good things I can say about Kaytee Fiesta Parrot Food. One thing I can say it was a waste of my 16 dollars. From now on I will spend 25 bucks for a 5lb bag of his old food, at least I know he'll eat it!!!! Feeding him Fiesta Parrot for 1 week, I noticed he lost weight because he was not eating it."
