"I just switched my 9 month old toy poodle to Iams Puppy and she does not like it at all. She was previously on Beneful and ate it at first and began to nibble here and there. She didnt have any problems eating because she would jump into any other puppy's food any chance she got. She also had no ill effects. So I decided to change her food alltogether. With the Iams, she would sniff the food and walk away. If she did eat some, all of it would come back up within an hour or so.
I switched her food to another brand, Science Diet. She loves it and gobbles it down without any problems. A friend also tried Iams and her dog doesnt like it either. I'm sure it depends on the pup, but I would not recommend this brand to anyone."

"My son's new Boxer puppy he brought home was light on muscle tone, substance and she just didn't have the shine to her coat I have in my English Cocker puppies. We changed her right away to the Iams Smart Puppy and with 2 weeks what a change. She has a shine to her coat, substance to her body with muscle tone. No problem with the change over with her stools and she went to it with no eating problems."

"After i got my 3 month old Border-Collie/Beagle Mix puppy! I wanted to change the dry food because she was on a in my oppinion bad dry Food. I choose Iams Smart Puppy and i am very happy about it! The change was very easy and without any Problems. And she loves it! I would recommend this product to everybody who wants a healthy dog."

"I have a 7 month old Yorkie-Poo who loves Iams Original Puppy food. I had tried multiple different types of food and she didn’t seem to like any of them. My mother uses Iams for her big dogs and see seemed to like that so I switched her, and I have no problems with her eating now. I’d recommended this to anyone."
