"We have a 15 year old cat who was finicky about her food and who loved to eat. My vet suggested that she was a little overweight and needed to lose some. We tried everything until we came across this brand of Science Diet. First, she likes it. Second, her weight is now under control. Third, she can eat as much as she wants and she doesn't put on weight. This is definitely a win win."

"All the cats just dive into this food and its so good for them too. NOt having to worry about urinary tract problems from too much magnesium in the food. Super product."

"It is my belief that my cats survived as long as they did due to this cat food. Two of my cats lasted until they were 18 (they were mother and daughter). The remaining 3 cats are still on this and doing wonderfully!"

"Scout is going to be 9yrs old on July 7 and is missing at least one tooth. Somehow, it was hard to remember that makes her a "senior".
This food has TEENSY pieces, so its easy for her to eat and she LOVES IT!! (She'd been eating Avoderm for 4 months, which she "tolerated.") She's been eating this for 3 days and so far, we couldn't be happier.
Supplementing her food with M&C FitNip treats, she also LOVES, she won't eat any of the grasses or grass-treats..."

small peices are great for older cats

"Our cat is older and he only has a couple of teeth left. Science Diet for Seniors has really small peices. With a little water to soften it, he loves it and he has no problem eating it. He was addicted to Deli Cat and this has been the only other dry food he has ever wanted to eat."

"After trying several other brands of "premium" senior cat foods, I discovered that for the money, there's nothing better than Science Diet Senior. Having 7 cats (6 of them are over 12 years old), you go through a lot of trial and error before finding something that:
1. Cats love the taste
2. Improves their coat
3. Doesn't contribute to hairballs
