Great Leash

"I have 2 micro-mini dachshunds, and they each have this type of leash. I love the fact that I can "lock" the length of their leads at my discretion. I have also found that there is less wear on the end of the leads having the belt at the end."

got this leash for my king charles spaniel and she loves it.Ive had it
for 3 yrs and its as durable as ever.I always buy all my pets needs at
petco.Ilove their store because the workers are nice and friendly and
everything in the store is organized.like this leash i would rate petco

Weight limits are misleading

"My 8 month old Shar-Pei, Missy, has gone through several of these retractable leashes. For the most part, the leash works very well, until she finds something particularly exciting and darts off forcing the leash to snap.
She weights only 30 pounds, so I purchased this leash which is supposed to work for dogs up to 44 pounds. That weight on the packages is only for the weight of the dog and does not take into consideration how much weight the dog can pull when it wants to. I finally purchased the strongest and thickest retractable leash available and that seems to work pretty well for us."
