"These bird protectors are the best! i have been using them in my macaw's cage & have never had a problem with mites or lice (i do use 2 large protectors for his cage) would recommend to anyone that has a bird(s)"

No Mites On Any Of My Parakeets !!!

"This product works extrememly well in keeping mites away from my Parakeets. It's very rare when I see my Parakeets picking at themselves to remove any mites. Since I've been using this product, my Parakeets are mite free and you can tell my birds are very happy about that too."

"My husband swears by them; I'm not so sure whether they really help at all. Birds continually replace new feathers, so this could be the reason for scratching. I have never spotted any mites or lice on my birds. I did inherit a bird that had a temporary problem because she was lonely and wasn't taking care of herself, but we have no problems now. I can say that I have better peace of mind using them and will continue; if that'

"Birds are rarely if ever infected with mites unless they are kept outside, which I hope yours aren't. This product is useless and can actually harm your bird. If you suspect your bird has mites, which can be the cause of feather plucking or scratching, just take your bird to the vet and they will take care of it. I would not suggest this product. Buy your bird a toy with the money instead!"

"I live in a wooded area and constantly get insects, spiders, etc. in my apartment. I have lived here for nearly a year now and i use the 8 in 1 bird protectors. My birds have never had any problems with mites, lice, ticks, or anything else which I think is amazing considering how many insects get into my apartment on a daily basis."
