"I have used this scooper for many years. I don't enjoy having to reach down or even get near the poo. This product lets me accomplish that. With proper handling and care, it should last for quite a while - mine has and I have 3 dogs - large
dogs."

"this product is cheaply made, the joints that hold the handle controls together that open the scooper broke numerious times until i finally lost the tiny plastic pieces, if they wanted to make this a better product they would use bolts and washers."

Too short for me!

"I just bought one, and have not used it very much, but it should be longer! I am 6-2, with a bad back, and even with this, I have to stoop way over! Shorter people should be fine with it, but it's hard on my back! If they doubled the length, I think I would like it much more! Also, does not work on crusty, hard snow at all! I had to grab a reguler shovel!"
