"This toy is absolutly amazing- I finally got one mostly for my 5mth old kitten, and let me tell you- he could NOT stop playing with it for 2 whole hours! The older cats loved it too- I am definitly a fan for a toy with a ball that cant get lost or roll under a table or couch...But it is cute watching the polydactile kitten try to get his paws in some of the holes :)"

"I have two 3 month old kittens and they seem to turn up their cute little noses at all the kitty toys I bring home. ( Of course I think I buy them for me )...Brought this home and they have been playing with it for hours. They are very picky,but love this."

"I bought this as a toy for my then 4 month old kitten. It worked fine that is, until he got a little bigger. Since its made of plastic my cat can easily knock it around and over, it slides around to easily, so he cant really get to the ball. So the appeal to play with this toy isnt really there anymore. It would be better if there was a little more weight to it.
Great for kittens, but not so much for cats."

"I have had one of these before and my one cat loved it and then it broke. She saw me put this on the floor and and immediately knew what it was and hasnt really left it alone. If you're cat likes small enclosed places to get into or balls then they will love this!!"

"My two cats (a 1 1/2 year old and a 8 month old) love this toy. The older one is big, but he loves to play with it. There are a few things you should know before you buy this however. One, the Petco.com measurments are wrong. If it were 9.5 inches in diameter, you wouldn't be able to give this to your cats cause they could probably swallow it. It is actually about 28 inches in diameter. 9.5 inches is presumably the inner circle. Two, it is kind of flimsy, but I don't know if Petmate intended for it to be that way. It's flimsy in the sense that you can fold up the sides and take the ball out and put it back in. The cats can't do this, but you can. I kind of like that because sometimes the cats like it when I put the little balls with the bells inside. Three, it's not weighed down, so it moves when my cats play with it. Not a lot, because I have carpeting, but if you have a lot of floors this may not be the case. Overall the cats really do like the toy, and I like that they like it so much for such a little price."

"Then get this Petmate Small Crazy Circle! Cats are little exploring scavengers by nature, but unfortunately their worlds are sometimes limited to four walls. I have 2 cats in my apartment and I volunteer at a no-kill shelter. These guys have to stay indoors all the time, but the Crazy Circle helps to stimulate their curiosity by releasing the inner predator. To them, the ball is a little critter trying desperately to escape...but does it stand a chance against the ferocious beasts our cats believe themselves to be?"

"It is such a simple little toy, but even after 6 months they still try to catch the ball every day. For a while we had to put it up at night because of the noise! Awesome toy, well worth the money. Bought several more for our friends and family."

Great for Kittens

"My 3 month old kitten loves this. She pretty much loves any toy though. At first she couldn't figure out that she could pat the ball, but now that she has that down she can entertain herself with this. She only spends a few seconds with it, but then will come back to it. I like that it's something she can play with when I'm not around. My older cat isn't too interested in it."

"Our cats all loved these when they were kittens. I used one to entertain a neighborhood kitten and divert him from my plants! Older cats seem to get bored so I put the toy away for awhile and then bring it out again."

My cat loves this!

"My cat loves this toy! Since she is strictly an indoor cat we are always looking for stimulating toys for her. This one fills the bill quite nicely. We had to move it out of our family room because she had a tendency to push it under the couch but we can hear her in the other room batting the ball around several times a day. She will typically spend about 10-15 minutes with it, then go back to it a couple of hours later. It has become part of her daily routine. I highly recommend this product, especially for active cats that can't get outside to exercise."

"This is the best "busy toy" out there. My two girls get involved one trying to get the ball out through the side, the other one is reaching down through the holes in the top. It can be a bit noisy on a hardwood floor though. They just love it! So simple and perfect."
