Home for Sonic and Tails
Date: December 21, 2006
"This is a very large nicely constructed cage that easily houses 2 ferrets. No tools required for anything but attaching the wheels. Everything easily snaps together and it's very secure, no escapes so far. This cage is incredibly easy to clean, a big plus when it needs to be done so often. The shelves are easy to move/remove for different configurations until you find the best arrangement for your critters. EXTRAS: The Super Pets corner litter pan (not included) fits nicely in the bottom and secures to the wire part of the cage. The hamster corner litter pan works well as a food dish, it attached to the cage nicely with a zip tie. Using the corner items lets a good bit of foor space available for playing."

Deluxe house for a "fat" rat
Date: May 12, 2006
"After adopting an adult male rat at our local Petco, we decided his first cage was too small for him. Upon researching on various websites on customer reviews and price, this Super Pet Multi-Floor Ferret Home sounded perfect for our Ben! Ben is a rather large rat and is extremely active. He absolutely loves his new home. Easy to clean, easy access, best of all the plastic tray levels are not flimsy, are easy to remove and replace after cleaning, and gives Ben lots of levels to climb without worry of him injuring his leg in other brands that have wire flooring or flimsy cage sides. If you have a larger size rat, this is a definite must have. It allows your friend to move around more and climb as they love to do. The wheels lock so it won't roll around. I can't say enough about this home. It is worth the little extra money for an excellent quality home and plenty of activities for your pet to keep busy."

MY CHINCHILLA LOVES IT!! <3 BEST PURCHASE EVER!
Date: October 27, 2009
"I ordered this cage before reading the reviews. I became very skeptical while waiting for it to arrive. When I took it out of the box I thought it was going to take forever to put together. It took about twenty mintues with the help of my step dad. The slide was the hardest part to put together. I would definitely recommend this cage to anyone with a chinchilla. I see a few other people mentioned their chins had chewed on the plastic pieces, I have had it for two weeks and my chin has not even nibbled. I do not think the cage is cheaply made at all. It was a hundred dollars on sale, which is an excellent price for this cage. The three levels offers my chinchilla the exercise and abillity to jump up an down like chins are ment to. He absolutely loves it and I have never seen him happier. Not to mention the wheels on the bottom really help with moving the cage to vaccum. It is also nice because there are no droppings or bedding around his cage like the previous one I ordered. DEFINITELY WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN!! :) One last thing is, the cage with the base is taller then 36inches. And with the wheels attached it comes to about 45-50inches. I do not know the exact measurements."

Worked for awhile...
Date: October 22, 2009
"I got this cage almost two years ago. About 8 months after I got it, the bar that locked the door in the front broke off. Then today, the bar on the top did that same thing. The bars should be more secure and NOT break! My ferrets are able to climb right out of the hole it makes. Also, I had the attach the bridge with bread ties. For three ferrets, its held up fairly well for the past two years, but I'm going to have to buy a new one now. I need a bigger one and one where the bars won't break."

Just what I needed
Date: October 20, 2009
"The green plastic pieces didn't last long under my ferrets weight, but both my male and female are able to jump from one purple landing to another without them. The girl still likes the green tunnel. They both have plenty of room and the bars seem to be holding up well. I like that it has three doors."

Good for Rats
Date: September 6, 2009
"I hated this cage for the longest time after reading all the reviews. However I have 4 female rats and I was in desperate need of a larger cage, and this is all I could afford.
I must say I'm impressed. It's not nearly as bad as I had first thought. Yes, the shelves are saggy. Yes, some of the bars are week. And yes, the slide, tunnel, and ramp are made of cheap plastic. These are all just minor imperfections though. The construction of the cage is not the cause for saggy shelves and weak bars, but it's the size of the cage that's the problem. The larger something is, the more unstable it's going to be.
As for the bar spacing, young rats WILL get out. I have 2 very young girls, 1 adult girl who's just smaller than most others, and another adult girl who's a typical size. My two youngest are able to fit through some spaces, but after the first day they stopped trying to get out. I think this cage would be perfectly fine for full grown rats. However I cannot imagine keep a ferret in this cage. The weight of a ferret would be way too much for the shelves and slide.
Overall, I'm glad I decided to purchase this cage. However I still don't think I'd recommend this to anyone. I'd much prefer the "Super Pet My First Home For Exotics" It's slightly smaller but quite a bit more sturdy."

Great Cage!
Date: August 3, 2009
"I got this for my baby chinchilla shes a new addition to our family so I wanted to get her a great cage to start off with. I saw this online and I instantly loved it! I ordered it online so when it actually arrived I was really surprised at how big it was, its very simple to put together and easy to clean. My chinchilla just loves jumping from level to level. I will admit the plastic accessories like the tube and slide aren't very sturdy(tube broke after a couple weeks), but my chinchilla doesn't need them to get around. Overall I've had this cage for a couple of months, I think its a great buy and I would recommend it to anyone!"

Great cage
Date: July 8, 2009
"I saw this cage online when I was getting stuff for my ferret.
It has good construction and was easy to put together. It's very easy to clean.
Only bad thing about is that my ferret outgrew it a bit. (He weighs 4 pounds) If you have a smaller ferret or animal this is a great cage.
I would defiantly recommend this cage to anyone for their first cage.

Perfect...but not too perfect
Date: July 3, 2009
"My name is Katie. I had boughten two ferrets. Scooter-1 1/2
Skeeter-3 months.
I had bought this cage for Scooter. He was getting wayyy too big for his cage and I needed one for Skeeter. I call it his mini castle. He loves it. And so do I. He is kinda lazy so I really don't have to worry much about the space really. He climbs up and down to eat and drink on the bottom. Cleaning is a breeze. I only clean him every three days so it seems to work out for me.
I thought where he was older he needed a bigger cage so I spotted this one at Pet-Co.
The price was right and it seemed the perfect cage for him.
As for the not to perfect...when I put it together and went to bed that night...I heard a loud THUD. And there was scooter...looking at a broken slide. Which now I have ductape on to hold together for I had realized they sold it to me broken. I wouldn't had minded if I didn't have to travel 2 1/2 hours to get it in the first place.
As for reading that they escape...Scooter is kinda thin so he really doesn't even try. He doesn't chew the hammocks. My doors close and lock fine. I love my cage and my ferrets and I would let everyone know that they should buy one
(I don't have pics of skeeter yet but I will get some)

Very Nice First Home
Date: May 3, 2009
"This cage is very nice for the ferret's first home. At the moment we have two 4-5 month old ferrets living in this cage. They love it and go up and down the levels. Another good thing about this cage is that you don't have to set up the levels the way that it shows on the box. We've found a couple different ways to put it so that the ferrets don't get so bored with it. And neither do we!"

Not Good For Large Ferrets
Date: April 1, 2009
"I have a very large male ferret, or i as say "big boned", so finding an affordable cage for him wasnt easy. I recieved this cage as a gift. It is an alright cage for a small ferret. My boy got stuck in the slide which then caused it to snap, and the tube is very poorly angled so he has to position himself to get down. Also the levels bend under his weight so i bought shelf supports to put under them that seems to be working. The cage is roomy for a large adult male just the accessories are not meant for anything of his size. I also had what a Super Pet customer service rep said was a "weld break" the door broke off, so they are sending me a new wire top. Ive only had this cage for 2 months and things are breaking left and right. I cant go and purchase a $400 cage that is meant for 3 or more ferrets for one big guy so if they just would rethink the shelves and the tubes ect this cage is pretty good."

One of the best purchases ever
Date: February 7, 2009
"I just bought the cage yesterday, and besides the slight frustration of setting up the shelves and add-on's, I found it very simple to do. However, the ramp is to steep for my rats to climb, so I have the bottom of the ramp held by a bar in the cage, and connected a parrot ladder on the same bar, so that my rats can kinda of zig-zag up that spot. I would not suggest this cage for someone that has a small rat, so far my baby rat hasn't realized that he can fit through the bars, and I am hoping that he stays that dumb until he actually can't, lol. Also, being that my rats are use to a homemade fleece hammock, I built them one, and hung it in the cage, and put the one that comes with it under the second shelf, this gives my lazy rat something to fall into, then allows him to plop down on the 1st floor, and then the basement of the cage... lol But over all, this is a great cage, lots of room for them to run around, and places to play."

Not worth the money
Date: February 3, 2009
"I bought this cage as an upgrade for my three female rats. I don't see how this cage would hold up for ferrets.
Assembly was time consuming and difficult. The plastic levels not only did not want to snap on correctly but also have began to sag. My girls don't even weigh much! The bottom opening doesn't stay closed, so I've had to modify that. They ramp is at a steep angle and didn't snap on correctly. The plastic slide tends to want to pop off.
I'm already looking for different levels I can hopefully use for this cage. Cleaning it is time consuming."
