"My vet recommended this teenie little comb when my dad's long-haired maine-coon had fleas so that we could remove the debris, and we decided to test it out. It's so effective that I now use it to check for fleas on my black short-hair kitty. Be prepared to be grossed out if your pet does have fleas though: there's no ignoring the dead fleas, waste, and eggs once you've done a once-over with this little comb."

"I use this little flea comb on my ferret, dogs, and cats. It works really well and gets into the fur and actually grabs the fleas rather then just bringing them up to the surface of the fur. So you don't have to worry about the fleas jumping off and getting into the carpet."
