My picky little MinPin

"I only feed my MinPin the few foods my Vet recommends. Trouble is she is a picky eater and would never take a liking to any of those brands. Recently I heard about Natural Balance and deceided to give it a try. I purchased a 2.5 lb. beef roll and now she is in her glory! She eats her entire meal and licks the bowl clean at feeding time. Her energy has increased and her coat shines like never before! When I get home from work each day she greets me at the door as always, only now she makes a B-line after the greeting and sits in front of the fridge and waits for her meal. She is one happy little camper now. I will be purchasing the other flavors to give her some varity at meal time."

"This is great if you mix with dry food. Also, I'm sure it would be wonderful alone, but we want our dog to also have dry food so she's getting all the nutrients. So we mix 1/2 cup of this (shredded in the food processor) with 1/2 cup of the Natural Balance dry food and she eats it like there's no tomorrow, then licks the bowl!"

"My older dog was getting finicky about whether she would eat without being hand-fed until I started substituting Natural Balance for about a quarter of her kibble and mixing thoroughly. Now she is begging for dinner with as much enthusiasm as she did 12 years ago. My younger dog (much more restrained in her food requests) literally gets up on her back legs and begs for her dinner when it has the Natural Balance mixed in. Both dogs look and act much younger than their years."

"My dog, Lucy, loves this product. I've been giving her this food since she was a puppy and now she is 2 years old. I've tried the beef and turkey and she likes them both, but has preference to the beef.
Once I open the roll, I place it in a storage bag and place it in the refrigerator.
I use a grater to fix a weeks worth of food (the roll goes a long way when you do it that way) and store it in a plastic container in the frig. I add it to her Natural Balance dry food twice a day."

"We have 2 Minature Wirehaird Dachshunds puppies and I have been using this product to traing my dogs to do everything from potty training to tricks to simply obeying commands. I cut it up into tiny little pieces and they just love it and will pretty much to anything for it. I highly recommend this product. They seem to like the Beef the best, but also love the Turkey. I haven't tried the Lamb."

"I bought this Natural Balance Dog Food Rolls Beef Formula for my 4 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and i was not impressed. This food gave my dog bad breath and smelly gas. I will never buy this product again."

"I tried this on my yorkie because she is a very picky eater and she loved it! I use it as treats and as soon as she sees it she's on her best behavior. I also gave some to my lab/chihuahua puppy and he eats it right up. It's like they're addicted to it. I will always buy this stuff. Great Product"

"our dog loves this but even though they the manufacturers assure you there is NO ONION in it it is clearly on labels! They suggested to me in a phone call not to worry as they were OLD LABELS so what onion was ever OK? Not for my dog it isn't! So is the site right or the label makes you wonder I will keep an eye on my dogs health as like I said she LOVES it!"

"I admit, I had to taste this food, it looks & smells so much like people food. Now I know that this is definately what my Australian Shepherd is going to get daily. I cube up about 1/2 inch slice & put it over his dry food twice daily.He really loves the taste, and since there isn't a lot of water added, a 4 lb. piece is like having 2 cases of canned food, just small & easy to deal with. It keeps on the shelf up to a year, after cut I keep it in the fridge."

"I use these for training my pomeranian. He loves them!! They really seem to keep his attention, unlike some other treats. Plus I get alot of treats out of just one 1lb roll. I just cut them in little cubes and put them in the fridge. I also like how they are healthy for him!"

"I’m a nut about my pet – little is too good for this dog. I tried this about a year ago via some in store samples and that was the end of the end story. I dice up two ¼ inch slices & mix with his dry food twice a day. He can’t get enough of it. I also cut up slices and put in baggies to use for training treats – this is much cheaper as well as better for him. I’ve tried all the flavors & Pita loves them all. I’ve given them out as treats to the neighborhood dogs and the response is the same – they love it.
By feeding him as described I go through a 4 lb roll about once a month for my very active, 35 lb basenji/greyhound mix. – PITA."

"My dog LOVED the beef flavored food roll. I fed it to him as a treat. He couldn't get enough. But after only 3-4 weeks of opening it (cutting small slices at a time) the roll quickly began to mold. I had only fed my dog 1/2 the roll by the time it was covered in mold. Not sure what went wrong. I have contacted the company for a replacement. I'm sure my dog was sad that he couldn't eat the rest, but I'm hoping this was a one time thing and won't happen again."

"I have a very fussy pug so I was skeptical when a woman at Petco had samples and offered me this. I was feeding Margaux Science Diet light can food and leftovers twice a day and over the last year her weight went up 4 pounds. She's still quite active so I knew it was what she was eating. "This is the best food we have ever given our dogs. We have two Jack Russell Terrier mixes and a Border Collie mix, all 3 are like our children. One of the Jack Russells has a very sensitive stomach and we had a hard time finding a food that didn't bother him. This food gives him no problems at all. I love that we can give these to our dogs from puppy all the way through their adult years. I also like the fact that this food doesn't smell like most dog foods. It smells so good my husband even tried a taste of one of the food rolls...his comments 'not bad, actually'. Our dogs love all the products we have tried the dry food, the canned food and the food rolls. The beef food rolls are their absolute favorite thing. I'm so thankful to have found this natural and healthy food for my dogs."
