"The shape of this food is little pyramids, which is great. My older cats tend to swallow the little round balls of dry food whole then urp them up, still whole, later. With the pyramid shape they have to bite into it and it stays down, plus they love it."

"We all know how finicky cats can be. Our particular cat has about 8-9 different bags of dry food open at one time (spoiled cat!). We switch to different brands from time to time (wife says he wants variety in his food, like her!), but he genuinely seems to love his Science Diet (especially the Original flavor) - no question that our cat is definitely a Science Diet cat! We always have Science Diet in our pantry: Original, Ocean Fish and Rice, Hairball and Indoor are his SD choices and staples. The other brands are for "variety," and not nearly as favorable. I understand that our cat is a Science Diet cat and yours may not be. Other foods he doesn't eat go to the shelter so as not to waste the purchase."

Our Cats Like This!

"Our cats really like this food! Our pickiest cat actually prefers this to the fattier, less healthy food we used to give them. Our cats are 2 and 3 years old, and even though they are definitely more lazy than they were as kittens, they are still at healthy weights and have no hairball problems (not even the long-haired cat). We leave the food out all day so they can eat at their leisure, and so far even the cat who LOVES to eat is still at a healthy weight while eating this food!"

"I have a one year old DSH who really likes this food. Her coat is shiny, she is very active, and I do not doubt that this food contributes to that! Its great stuff, I highly recommend it."

"The difference was undeniable,my cats were on super market brands for years and until..and sorry to say buying premium brand food was the it thing in my new neighborhood that i actually started buying "the good stuff" for my 4 kitties...and wow!!..they are actually flourishing on this stuff...their coats are smoother,they're more active..not to mention their stinkies are not horrific anymore..oh and did i mention i no longer step on gross hairballs convienently yacked up on my side of the bed..ewh!..Science Diet Indoor formula is the absolute best!!!!"

Very good for digestion

"My 3 year old Bengal, neutered male, had loose and ultra-stinky stools since kittenhood. Medications from vet did not help. Since switching him to Science Diet Indoor Cat, the consistency of his stool is more solid, and the smell no longer drives us out of the house! He likes the food, and it definitely makes living with him more pleasant. Also, his coat looks shiny and feels plush and healthy. He is obviously thriving on this food."

"My cat was having problems with her digestion. She would swallow her food whole and about an hour later it would come back up. Now that im feeding her Science Diet Indoor she hasnt vomited and her coat is very smooth and shinny. She also loves the taste. Thank you for coming out with such a good product!"

Hasn't horked a hairball since we started this

"I've had my cat on all the other SD formulas and he still would wake us up at about four in the morning....you guessed it horking up his hairballs. It was about twice a month. Once I started on this formula it's been like a miracle. He hasn't had to get a hairball up in the last three months."
