"I have been using this product for over a year and think it is great. It makes cleaning the cage much easier. My bird would tear up anything that I would line the cage with, but not these. These are much easier to use than newspapers, paper towels, etc.

"This product makes my life so much easier. I only need two to cover the bottom of the bird cage so the box lasts a long time. I like the added benefit of being able to check daily on the health of our two adorable lovebirds since I can see clearly by their droppings as soon as anything is wrong.

Just awful and so expensive! Date: February 6, 2008
"I hate this product. I bought it with the idea of easy clean up...wrong! The papers are so small it took 6 to cover up the bottom of my cage and that didn't include the sides! The paper is slippery so when my piggies would run or bounce, they would slide and so would anything in their path. Then, they found out that there was paper beneath them and it took only one day for them to realize they could pull it up and eat it! So, I haven't used it since the first time. What a waste of $$$!"

This information was provided by the manufacturer in response: "KageLiner is best used in a cage where the pet is on a perch or is separated from the liner by a grill. This prevents the pet from making contact with the waxed surface. Its size, 10” x 12”, enables the pet owner to easily remove only the soiled sheets."

"I tried this out and think it's great. No hassle with newspapers (I don't subscribe). I can change out the cage paper with one hand. What a simple concept."
