Cheap and resonable

"This filter was only $19.99, which is an excellent price. When I first got tis filter my husband couldn't believe how clean our tank was staying. My only complaint about this filter is that the suction cups do not seem to be strong enough to keep the filter upright. The filter floats sideway which seems to not keep the water as clean as it used to. If you want a cheap reasonable filter I woul;d recommend this one. I just wish there was a way to keep it upright again."

"I have a baby painted turtle (he's the size of a quarter) and the waterfall scared him at first. He actually had a hard time swimming across the current & got sucked down to the bottom & it tossed him around. But he got used to it & now he doesnt mind it.
I feed him baby shrimp & mini Krill and the filter sucks everything towards it, so I have to shut the filter off so he can eat & the food doesnt get sucked up. I also have to remove the clogged food from the filter slots at the bottom almost daily.
I did NOT notice a difference in water clarity or tank cleanliness after using this item. Maybe it is working & I just can't tell!?"

Cheap & Works great!

"I bought this filter because it had a good reviews. I love it. I have 1 small turtle but he makes a big mess. I have him in a 10 gal. tank. This filter arrived 2 days after cleaning his tank and it was a mess already. I put the filter in and a couple hours later it was crystal clear. You can barely hear it running. I've had more expensive ones that were loud and the filter had to be changed every 2 weeks, and they still didn't leave a clean tank. This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write. This filter is cheap and works great. I am definetly recommending it to everyone."

"This filter has nothing as stated, the water gets dirty fast, the cartridge would last one week and you need to keep changing it weekly instead of every 3-4 weeks. The filter is not silence at all !!! it makes a loudly noise witihin the first week I got it. I do not recommend this product to noone who wishes to spend less on cartridges plus this it's not silence filter and it does not keep the water clean instead the water within 3 days starts to get green. Nasty filter!!!!"

What a great replacement

"I bought this filter to replace my old filter which was fairly new because it was way too loud. After hearing about this filter and its "whisper technology", I decided to buy it. Installation was very easy and it is a lot quieter than my old filter. It keeps the water clean, which is always good. In addition to working well, it looks appealing. The mini waterfall is very gentle and produced very few bubbles. My turtles love swimming with the current that it produces. I have noticed a huge improvement in my tank ever since I got this filter."

"This filter worked well in the beginning, now it has problems keeping the tank clean and whenever I clean the tank and filter it either takes a while to start running or won't start at all. And the Waterfall noise is very annoying in a living room."

"I have tried many filtration setups but this one is excellent. I have had it now in my 40 gallon turtle tank and my res love it. The waterfall function is very nice. with my old filtration setup I had to clean my tank every couple of days. With this product I havent had to clean for about a month.This product at this price is unbelievable!! Overall I would highly recommend this product to anyone."

"I really love this filter. I used to have to clean my turtles tank twice a week. This item keeps there tank clean and crystal clear for close to a month. It keeps your water from getting cloudy and smelly. For only $19.99 this is the best product I have ever bought for my turtles and they really love the waterfall."

"I wanted a filter for my fire bellied toad half terrestrial half aquatic tank and this was perfect. It does a good job keeping the water filtered and I created my own waterfall out of lava rock and it looks pretty good if I say so myself. My three gals seem to like it too...they enjoy perching on the top of the rock pile, sitting under the "water fall" The replacement filters are inexpensive."

"wow im impressed for only 19.99 this product is the most amazing filter i have ever seen. most filters are $40 and over but this is the cheapest one i could find and it probably works better than some of the other filters that are more expensive. they really need to put more of these in stock though because they would definetly sell!!

"As my turtle got lager in size I had to buy a lager tank and a better filter. This is the best filter I've ever had. The filter cartriges last for about a month. You can rinse the cartriges to make them last longer. This filter gives you more than what you pay for!"
