my bunnies love it!
Date: October 29, 2009
"I had been feeding my rabbits delilah and emma timothy complete and they always ate it all! I decided to try the oxbow bunny t because I heard good things about it...i mixed the two as directed, to transition their diet. my bunnies just dig out the kaytee timothy complete and leave the oxbow. they would rather munch on hay than eat the oxbow so i am sticking with the kaytee timothy complete"

Healthiest option in local store
Date: December 24, 2008
"There are only two major stores that carry it in my neighborhood and they are both chain stores. We were happy to see this alternative to the alfalfa based food. It also lacks all the so called "goodies" that are actually junk and bad for your bunny, like colored items, cracked corn, sweet fruit pieces and other things that can alter the GI and bacteria balance in the bunny gut. It has gone up in price a lot recently, but I still will buy it because it is healthier for our Freckles. I used to try to buy the bags that didn't have a lot of "dust" on the bottom because I felt that it was wasted weight and unusable, but when our bun stopped eating and we had to get Critical Care to force feed I noticed that the main ingredients were the same those of Timothy complete but in powder form. So, now I am saving the powder in the fridge, for emergencies, and when Critical care is not available! By the way, rabbits are not rodents, they are lagamorphs."

My bunny loves it!
Date: September 23, 2008
"Okay, admittedly my bunny is not a picky eater however, she does always finish her timothy complete pellets! I give these pellets to her at the start of playtime and she usually beats me to the kitchen. I wanted timothy pellets for her since they are healthier than most commercial pellets and these are easily available at the store. Great buy!"

Very healthy pellets!
Date: August 12, 2008
"These pellets are the best that any rabbit owner can get if they don't have access to Oxbow. They have no corn products in them, and are made primarily of timothy, no alfalfa. I give my Netherland dwarf a handful every day, along with lots of greens and hay."

Full of nutrition
Date: August 11, 2008
"This is the only rabbit food I feed my dwarf rabbit. He used to have an alfalfa base food, but he would get diarrhea often. Then, I switched him to this timothy base food. He has been much better, and is actually eating his food regularly. Timothy is less rich for rodents, so he is a healthy rabbit now."

"The best type of pellet food for an adult rabbit is timothy. This product has the best amount of fiber, protein and fat that rabbits should be eating. My rabbits love it!!"

Healthy enough
Date: January 27, 2008
"After much research on which food was the best to feed our rabbit, we chose a timothy based food with the most fiber and least amount of fat. At my local Petco, we found that although it may not be the cheapest food, it is the healthiest available and helps to keep our rabbit in shape."

Healthy, happy lupines.
Date: January 27, 2008
"The bunnies love this food best, and it's the healthiest I can find. All the bunny feed at department stores in town are alfalfa-based, so it's nice to be able to buy healthy food without driving for miles to the Petco in Duluth."

Best Food For A Rabbit!!
Date: January 23, 2008
"This food is the best food to feed a rabbit. It is not like other rabbit foods that have things in them that are not healthy for your rabbit to eat. Most rabbit foods out there are "rabbit junk foods" which means they appear healthy for your rabbit because they have things in them that would be healthy for us to eat like seeds, but they are not. This food is great to give along with lots of greens and hay."

Great adult food
Date: January 20, 2008
"My bunnies will eat anything, but they are kind of lazy so I try to feed them good things. This food is timothy based, which is great and not as fattening as the alfalfa ones. It does have some fillers, like wheat middlings and soy flour, but overall it is a good product. The fact that it is easy to obtain is awesome, since I live in kind of a rural place and don't get out much."

"This is an ok product. If this is all that is available for you then feed this to your rabbit. There are other timothy based pellets out there that are higher in fiber. I would recommend it if that is all you have available"

Best food at Petco
Date: November 4, 2006
"While there are better foods on the market, this is by far the best rabbit food at petco. If this is where you shop, I'd reccomend it. A Timothy-based food is essential for an adult rabbit's health."

The Real Deal
Date: September 12, 2006
"When I first got Stu, I was feeding him the regular pellets that you can find at any store and even tried a few of the fortified diets. At his first vet visit, the doc informed me that since he is an adult rabbit, he should be having timothy hay based foods. Apparently, alfalfa based foods should only be given to pregnant or nursing females and baby bunnies. This is the only timothy hay based food I've found at any of the major pet stores. I thank and applaud Kaytee for offering healthy food for my pet. Stu loves it and has no complaints. He's healthy, energetic, and is the right weight for a rabbit his size. That's all the approval I need!"
