"I purchased a collar like this from Petco months ago and have never been able to try it out on my dog because it doesn't work. Something about it is defective. Neither me or others that looked at it was able to get it to work. I am sure it would have preformed just as they claim if some defect had not been present when I purchased it. My suggestion is make sure it works ASAP after you buy it."
