"Howard has always had some litter box problems...sometimes he's too lazy to cover up his messes, and sometimes he would miss the box altogether and I'd come home to a surprise on the floor. This box is AMAZING! There is no more litter on the floor, very little odor, and since he's actually INSIDE the box it's impossible for him to miss his target! This is the best purchase I have made for him in a very long time!"

"I have 4 cats - 3 are indoor/outdoor. 1 stays in all the time. The other 3 come in at night and stay in. So a potty box for all 4 is quite a task. And I have 2 cattle dogs who love what the cats leave in the box.
This cat litter box works great!! The dogs cannot get in to it at all. The one indoor cat switched over to the new box without a problem. I purchased 2 of these to give them a choice at night. The other 3 are either holding it all night or using the litter boxes without a problem. Wish I had found these sooner. Such a simple, effective design - who knew!!"

"This is the only litter box I've tried, but considering how much litter the cover traps when my cat gets out, I don't think I would ever switch to a regular tub-type litter box because there would be litter EVERYWHERE. Not to say that litter doesn't get on my floor, it's just that the cover really helps with keeping the litter from getting everywhere. Really good product and idea :)"

"My cat is the sweetest thing but he is such a slob! He makes a bigger mess out of the litter than any other cat I've ever had, and I've had many! He's always had the covered box, but I tried the textured mat, I tried different kinds of litter, I tried making a tunnel out of cardboard to help contain the mess. Nothing worked! Who knew that a storage bin with a hole in the top was the answer! Seriously, if you didn't want to spend the $30, that's all it really is, except the top has ridges to catch the litter. But I'm very happy with this. I put it out for him two days ago and have not had to vacuum up his mess since. Normally it's a huge mess if I let it go more than a day. What a difference. I'm very happy with this product. Thank you!!"

I got this litter box in hopes that it would keep litter from being kicked everywhere for the comfort of my roomate.
Not only does it keep litter from getting everywhere, but I've noticed less smell from the litter box!
Serenity didn't even have a problem adjusting to having to go in from the top.
It fits perfectly in my closet where he gets all the privacy he wants!

"I purchased this box solely based on the reviews I read and couldn't be more pleased. The cats were using it within minutes of it being put in place. One of the cats is a prolific digger and generally has mounds of litter piled outside the box by the time she's done. With this box, she can dig to her hearts content; no mess to clean up! The top is designed to catch litter from their feet before it gets on your floors and carpets, and it does a great job of doing just that. This box has answered all my litter box problems and the cats are quite happy to dive in and use it. Highly recommended!"

"I was very apprehensive about this--not because I didn't think it would stop my dog from getting in, but I thought my cats wouldn't want to use it (one won't even use a litter box if there is a swinging door). But, sure enough, the timid one jumped right in and my other cat followed suit. Now we have no more dog eating 'cat candy' and the cats are making less mess!"

"Having grown up with cats, I've never really had a problem with open litter boxes with tracking around them in a secluded corner of the house. It was just part of life and our family cats were worth it.
However... when I grew up, got a job, and moved into my first and current itty-bitty condo, that litter box makes much more of an impact on the home. I found myself spending way too much time keeping the area clean, and my cat can kick it up!
So this to me was genius. It costs a bit more than your standard litter box, but it is worth every cent. Kitty can kick all he wants and so far I've had nary a spill. He also likes the fact that it is one more thing to hop up onto. It's easy to clean and the larger liners fit very nicely."

"I finally broke down and bought one. I was putting it near her old one, and I barely had the litter in and the top on, when she came and checked it out, and used it! She has used it twice this evening, so I think I can take the old one up. She is one that likes to did to China, and she has a long back swing, so I needed the height that this one had. It looks like this will fit the bill!"

"I am so pleased with this litter box! Our puppy cannot access it, and our cat had no problem adjusting to it! I must say, though, that the "Petco Top-Entry Litter Box Liners" (that said they would fit) DO NOT FIT, so that was a waste of money."

"It has worked on every count. I have two big boy cats and they are heavy duty litter box users (what is it about the male of the species). They took to this box right away - they were curious to get inside and they seem to like the privacy. It is easy to clean and unobtrusive. I would love to see it offered in other colors, but aside from that suggestion, this is a PERFECT product. Kudos to Petco!"

"I love this litter box. it is so much cleaner. my cat (brownies) can just jump in and jump out and no litter on the floor. it is easier to manage as well with the little box liners too. i would definitly tell everyone to get this for their cats, especially when you have a busy schedule....u just cant be sweeping the floor everytime she goes,ya know?"
