"i have a hamster and am getting a guinea pig today. it is very absorbant and nice to us. it seems very comfee. my hamster has an attached wheel an he fills it with the bedding and sleeps there instead of in his little hideaway. that gets very annoying. overall i love this product. (: (:"

"I love the variety of colors available! What I don't like is the bedding getting caught in my teddy bear hamster's long fur. I've had to cut big chunks of this stuff out of my hammie's fur on several occasions. hmpf!"

"I use this in conjunction with the white ultra carefresh bedding to brighten up the cage of my two guinea pigs. Works just as well as the Ultra (super-absorbent!) and is perfect for color-coordination.....if such things are important to you."

"A great product and especially safe for my pregnant guinea pig when she gave birth. This was the only product that did not cause her to weeze while she was pregnant. After the babies were born, it was softer and safer than usual wood chips. It is just too expensive to use for general cleaning with 5 guinea pigs."

"Best Bedding for my two dwarf female hamsters Cupcake & then Snowflake from a few years ago who have since passed on. And, now I use this for my lil' white marbled/brown eyed mouse Butterscotch. I like that they came out with colored bedding as years ago they only had the natural color and I was always saying when are they going to come out with colored bedding which they finally did. I like using the pink bedding as its a great color and when people look in her cage they know its a lil' girl mousy. Very cute when she gathers it all up so she can be comfy and warm at the same time. Plus with the colored bedding its much easier to spot her than just the plain boring non-colored one."

"This is a great touch to our mice cage. It says it is odor controlling, cant tell you if it is or not because I am always cleaning the cage. Cheddar Jack and Baby Eeyore like pushing is to one side of their igloo to make a nest."

"I really though that purchasing this yellow bedding would brighten up my rabbit's cage for the upcoming Easter holidays.............Not, once she urinated on it and played on it, it became dingy and looked like a dirty cage. I was better off with the regular color bedding better."

"Wow! For years my family has used wood shavings for bedding. When we purchased our rats we bought "Carefresh" and I will never use any other. Great abosorbency, odor control, and easy to use. The colors are so much fun to make the Rats cage festive and colorful. It is fun for the kids to mix colors. The best part is that it lasts a long time. Don't let the size of the package fool you. It is packed in there tight!
