"This is definitely better than most betta bowls. In my opinion, it's easier to catch the betta, and easier to clean. I think it's a more suitable size as well. It mounts very easily onto the wall, and is easy to take off and place back on when cleaning.
The best thing about it is that it's different! Anyone that comes in and sees it on our wall asks, "Is that really a fish bowl with a real fish in it?!" It's definitely unique!"

"very pretty and easier to clean than regular glass bowls and doesn't take up counter space. The only thing I don't like is the gravel, for when I empty the bowl out to clean it,the gravel easilly goes down the sink. I perfer marbles from the craft store. However the bowl is great, and in the future all my fish are going to have one."

"I have two very curious and agile cats, so I knew I couldn't just put a fish in a bowl on my kitchen counter. This hanging bowl was the perfect solution for me. I was able to hang the fish high on the wall and away from prying paws. Even if the cats did manage to jump up there, the drywall anchor is very secure and it wont be knocked down. Also, the Hanging Bowl makes a beautiful and unique wall decoration. My roommate wants to get 5 more to decorate the apartment!

"I purchased 3 of these. 2 for me and 1 for a gift. They look great on the wall but they could use a design modification. Betta's jump from mud puddle to mud puddle in their natural habitat so these bowls should have a lid. We used velcro tape and peices of an old window screen to make a suitable top. Also for the novice fish owner there should be a warning included not to hang these on outside walls. Even in an insulated house the outside wall can get too cold for these tropical fish. Interior walls at rooms kept between 68-70 F are fine. That being said they are a very unique addition to any Betta enthuasiast."

"I had never seen anything like this until I was watching a decorating show. I called my Petco and they said they had one available so they held it for me until I got there. All I can say is that this betta bowl is SOOOO COOL! I don't have to worry about bumping a fishbowl on the table with this. I have it hanging above my computer desk and I can see my betta every day (like when I'm waiting for sites to load LOL). It's a great size for him and I think he really likes it too. Overall I recommend this for anyone! :o)"
