"This pen is not very stable for indoor use. It has no door, and the two ends connect with 4 hooks similar to what is on the end of a dog leash. One good jump and the pen is on it's side. I do not feel safe leaving my 35 pound puppy in it. I got it because it was tall enough to keep him in, but it is not very stable when used indoors without the ground stakes. The only way to close it up is by using the 4 separate clips they give you - therefore it also takes too long to open it up to get him out."

"This has been invaluable for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy. I didn't want to crate her during the day while I go to work so this pen is her home when I'm not home. In there I have her bed, food and water bowls and litter area so I can go to work and know she's safe and my house is safe. She can easily move the panels with her body but there's no way she can collapse it. I wish they sold extra panels! But since they don't and she's bigger and more active, I've ordered a second one and will attach them together to give her more room. I highly recommend this product!"

Perfect for rabbits and guinea pigs

"I run a rabbit rescue, and these x-pens are the best thing ever invented for holding rabbits. I use them against a wall in a U shape to give a lot of room for a rabbit to run around in. I also use them to divide a room up, if I have two rabbits that don't like each other. I have 6 already and will be buying 2 more...that's how much I like them. (I have some in gold, and some in black....the black looks nicer in the house)"

"We've purchased two of these from Petco. They are nice looking (black) instead of the silver or gold ones I've seen in the local stores. We purchased these for our Havanese puppy. We use them at our office, in our home and outside - they are very portable because they fold up nicely. Only thing is I should have bought the 36" one ...because my 6 lb puppy climbs right out of this one! I wish they'd make it with vertical bars only. The breeder recommended the 24" for our puppy and full size Havanese .....and perhaps we have an especially acrobatic pup! We still love the gates - they look nice and work well to contain her when we are home or watching her in the yard."

"We live in a nieghborhood of very close houses and adopted a dog from the Humane Society who like to roam the open range, so I purchased to of these and strung them together for a quickie yet incredibly sturdy doggie containement system. Was inexpensive and worked like a charm!"

"We were hesitant to purchase this exercise pen because of the price, and we already have a kennel, but we are so glad we did! Our puppy, Sasha, can be in the pen when we can't keep an eye on her and she has some room to move around and play. It folds up very nicely for storage too."

"I bought this product for my puppy as my boyfriend and I camp often. We wanted to get something that would not keep him locked in a crate all day. We purchased this and went camping and the dog could be happier. He thinks its great it's like his own house. We put the his food and water in there with him so he is happy. Which makes me happy and a happy camping trip"
