"These bags are easy to changed and don't make a huge mess. They clean up the water fast. The instructions sometimes say to change the filter every month or so... but either my fishys are really clean or the filter is just really powerful because I find that changing it every other month is perfect."

petco comes through!

"haven't been able to find these filters in any fish store anywhere. tetra makes a new type that clouded the water, bought a bio-bag type that you assemble, just as bad. i was told these filter were no longer available. while searching for new filter, i found these great filters @petco.com. i bought 10 3pks to hold me over. service from petco was 5 paws paid for and received shippment 1 business day."

"These come with everything you need to get that Whisper filter up and running.They're easy to find,cost friendly and they last a long time. They're even strong enough to rinse out in old tank water to rejuvenate and get a little more life out of.If you do that,make sure that you dump the old carbon out.You can either replace it with new,or just use the filter bag without it."

"I will always use this product for my aquarium. They keep your tank clean for weeks. The water is sparkle clear and these are so easy to use. I would not reccomend the pre- assembled bio bags because they dont work as well. Put them together and get great quality."

"This is a good product it is easy to use and collects all the waste and extra foodin it. The really cool thing is you only have to change about once a month. You can also take it out and wash all the stuff of the filter cartrige can get more time out of it."
