product from your company, DID NOT TOUCH THE DIRTY WATER IN MY POND. I wish to get a refund.

This product has been a real pond saver! It adds good bacteria to the water and helps to balance the ecosystem. It is great if you have pond plants, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
