"I hestitated to purchase this litter because of the price. I have been a cat owner since 1992, owning as many as three cats at a time. I have never experienced litter that works so well. It controls odors better than any littler I have ever used. It really is less of a mess (less tracking), and it extremely easy to clean the clumps from the litter box. It is flushable and begins breaking apart as soon as it hits the water. It has transformed my past experiences of litterbox maintenance. I highly recommend it!"

"I have two cats and this is the best cat litter I have ever EVER purchased. Will never purchase anything else. It clumps perfectly. There is absolutely NO AMONIA SMELL and I've been using this litter for a little over a month. I purchased 5 large bags, so I will not run out for months!!! Even when the litter box is on low from litter, there is no smell at all. Clean up is 1,2,3! Even if your cats don't like to cover their urine, it doesn't matter! It clumps perfectly when cleaning and doesn't break apart no matter what!"

"If I could be one of those people who potty trained their cats, that would be better. Short of that, this really is the World's Best Cat Litter. I saw a demonstration--thinking, "ok, it's Saturday; I have 5 minutes"--and then actually bought it. It really is flushable. My cats love it (and, unfortunately, love to send it flying). For 2 cats, one 17 pound bag lasts me about 5 weeks, which isn't quite as long as it says. I dump the whole thing in and then just fish out the clumped stuff each day. After about 5 weeks, I dump the whole thing and start again. I've gone as long as 8 weeks; but, I think it's too long. The litter does track, but not worse than clay. It keeps the smell down. I think the Original Formula works better than the Extra Strength for covering odors."

"I've used this litter for about a year. I don't have any problems with it, my cat, on the otherhand, not a fan. The only way that she will use this is if it is mixed with the clay stuff. i've tried to gradually move her over to just this, but she won't have it. once it hits over a 50/50 split, she stops using the box. So if it weren't for the fact that she doesn't like it, it would have been a 5. I may give up on trying to transition her, since it's been over a year... and buying 2 kinds of litter is getting old."

"When we got our new kitten we researched different litters and chose to try this one. Our only other cat had passed away and she would only use non-clumping clay litter and that was a nightmare! We haven't tried any other clumping litters so we can only speak to how this seems to work for us. So far, it's been great! The clumping action is really fantastic and the odor control is pretty good (it depends on how well the kitty buries her poo) and only tracks a bit with the CleverCat top opening litter box we also chose to try. The clumps flush easily and it's made the whole litterbox thing so much easier and less messy. We love this litter! So far we find we have to top it off every week or so just because it gets a little low when you scoop a lot out. But it does last, I just don't think it would last a full month. It's worth the price and it's better for the cat and the environment. All around, a great choice!"

"This is the BEST litter I've ever purchased, especially considering how much safer it is for cats!! It clumps well, doesn't smell, and is better both for your cat and for the environment. The only drawback is the price. If you can afford it, it's DEFINITELY the way to go!"

"I can go a month with out changing this litter. Plus I can trully flush this litter without worry about it clogging my toilet. Plus its nice earthy scent doesnt give way to the amonia in the cats urine! It is truly the finest cat litter available. Being a clumping litter it is easy to clean up after and it is safe on the environment. To make matters even better GPC has a customer rewards program for every 9 bags you by you get 4 coupons back! "Great litter: clumps well, flushable, biodegradeable, lasts a long time and excellent odor control. I live in a condominium, and you would never know that I even have a cat box in my home. I like that it's safe for my cat -- not need to worry if she ingests any or inhales any of the dust. A 17 pound bag lasts about 4 months with one cat, so it's a good value. I also love that I can have it delivered to my door -- no hauling heavy bags up stairs!"

"My cats were a little suspicious at first but took to this stuff pretty well. It smells good, clumps great, no dust...they still manage to track the little corn granules around, but that goes along with owning indoor cats I think, no matter what. Right now I'm doing a half-n-half blend with Nature's Miracle for the fresh pine scent and every being in the house is content. Being able to flush cat waste is WONDERFUL. Can't wait to try the new multi-cat formula..."

"My daughter got our first bag of this litter after we got a new kitten having used it on her 6-year old male cat. It was the the best litter we have ever used -- it keeps down the smell PLUS it doesn't track outside the litter box like other litters we have used in the past. We also like that it is made from a natural product."

"My husband has lung problems and couldn't be around the typical clay litter dust so we switched to the crystals which were fine for one of our cats but the other one started developing small bumps so we switched to Worlds Best. It has a lot less dust than the clay we had tried and is flushable for those quick clean outs. The cat's bumps are going away and my husband is able to take care of the litter box by himself."

"I've been trying to find alternatives to clay litter which is dusty and unpleasant. A friend recommended a different corn-based litter which I couldn't find, so I bought this brand. The results have been mixed.
It's not dusty. For that alone it gets points. And it doesn't get tracked around the house as much as clay litter, which is a good thing. It also clumps very well, much better than clay. But the one thing that's a huge problem is the smell. It does not do a great job of deodorizing which means that every time my cat uses the box I need to scoop it immediately or my apartment starts to smell like a cat potty. It's a huge downside and accounts for the less-than-stellar rating.
I am going to try the brand my friend recommended because there are good points to the corn-based litter, but if the smell is still bad, I'm going to have to find another alternative."
